Applicaton processing dt. 11.9.12. & file tranfered from cic to ndvo
Ndvo mail recd dtm 12.9.12 confirm that your application evaluation in six months
21.9.12 mail recd from. Ndvo regarding medical ,passport, educational cert. , employment detail& rprf fee for submission
All required document & medial is submitted dt 26.9.12
Medical has been received shown on ecas
Rprf fee dd encashed dt 6.10.12
Afterthat no update of my application till march 13
Then enquery mail sent to ndvo
After two months nadvo reply all required document recd no action required from your end your application pending for visa officer review
Now after one months ndvo verify my employment detail through phone call tht day I am on leave& reception guy just join in my company, he confirm to ndvo Idont know myself. & not working in this company that negtive feedback from my company reject my file or given time to justify myself

You think its possible after medical & rprf dd encashed ndvo verify elployment detail

Pls suggest seniors I am worried now

I never heard situation like this mostly they do enquiry before passport request . but we can say ndvo done anything ???? so keep in faith god send some positive response . thanks .

hi frnds I want to send file to cio nova scotia . I got LOA from mpnp family stream . so to which address I have to send my file to nova scotia . there are two addresses .one regular mail and one for courier . I want to send file from outside Canada . on loa the address is given that one is regular mail address . m confused . plz give me suggestions . thanks.

How did you know that NDVO called for enquiry and nobody else ?

They call. My office & says we have recd cv of mine. Then once they recd negtive feedback then call me & put some questions rerading my elployment but not shown me anything that they call to my office before calling me also I have some mistake to answers their questions according to employment detail submitted

HOW SAD Your Situation is so ockward. Please Do not Mind Be Prepare for Refusal Letter From NDVO. But Last Thing Everything is in the Hands of GOD Just Pray to Him.

Yeah Dear It is Possible VO (Visa Officer) can do verification Anytime during the Process. Even I know a person He was also as Your Situation They called the Employer and REQUESTED Employer To Talk with APPLICANT but APPLICANT was On leave That day LIke you.and Employer Replied:- He is on Leave Today and Not Available. Officer Said OK After few weeks he got his passport back with Letter Of Refusal Stating That:- your employer verification is not done and you are Inadmissable to canada for 2 years.

Not possible until or unless your job experience is the part of nomination . They will verify that from applicant too . If still applicant fails to provide correct info . Chances are there for refusal .

Hi all,

I don't know y embassy always call when the person is on leave and always phone picked by new joinee
In two situtions VO call either u r company is small or they find u fake
Lets wait for VO reply then take action accordingly
