The perception was correct, NDVO shall give DM to all who got their MR+PPR in Oct, Nov and Dec timeframe...

1. when is your visa issue and expiry dates??
Visa Issued on 24th Jan'14 and Expiry on 22 Oct'14
2. Did you receive back any Original documents like some experience letters, etc??
No, only Passports, COPR and Receipt of RPRF paid

Thank you Sandy for your wishes. I got in total of 5 papers along with my passports.

1. Confirmation of Permanent Residence- For me and my wife (Client copy and CIC copy)- 2 copies for each applicant- Total 4
2. A small receipt for RPRF paid along with date when it was encashed.

The package came through registered post.

For those who have traveled to Canada, May i request you to advice on flight options available, the priority is the shortest duration possible, comfortable and we get ample time for paperwork at first port of entry in Canada.

Hi Dipan - Sure, we are like one BIG family and need to help each other. I will pass on all the info that I have. Many of the things you will get on the CIIP day + I will also pass on to everyone. Only thing is - my info may be more specific to Ontario, but still there are some Generic things that will apply to you. For eg., Professional Certifications. That is common throughout Canada. We will discuss in the coming days....

Btw, my status shows "in process". Can you change it to DM??
