Hello Friends,

A valid advice is much appreciated.

As I have mentioned earlier, the additional documents along with the RPRF is fee is send to the respective visa offices on 24th-December-13. Addtional documents where supposed to go to Colombo VFO and RPRF DD was to NVDO. However, as per VFS procedure, entire set of documents where send to NVDO office. as per them, the additional docs will be send across to CVO by NVDO. I am little confused over here. How do I make sure that the additional docs had reached at CVO. 15th of Jan is supposed to be the last date for these docs to reach CVO. I am not sure whether I should send another set of docs. Please advise..............

It better to send Additional doc's to CVO and RPRF to NDVO,since RPRF DD's are generally asked for payable at New Delhi and the processing of file is done at CVO seprately and it get delayed in case doc's are late received.

How to Update An Application

At time of submission, all visa applications must be complete and accompanied by all supporting documentation that the applicant wishes to have considered by the Visa Officer.
In a limited number of cases, updates may be required.
Updates are only accepted in writing.
Do not send the same update multiple times or by multiple means. This creates confusion and delays processing.
All communications with this office must be in English or French.
Any documents not in English or French must be accompanied by a professional translation.
Other than updates described below in “When must I initiate an update?”, the Visa Section will only accept additional documentation that the Visa Section has itself requested.

Will this become a duplicate if I send an another set. Kindly advise
