Hi SM , Dipan :-
I did not wish to disappoint you with my post but NDVO has their working styles . They have mentioned the processing time of 15 months for processing 80 percent of cases they received in 2013. I believe we should keep at least their processing times in mind before making any perssonal or business plans .
I am also suffering from this *censored word* wait but can't do unless my processing times are over .
I shall urge all forum members to stop waiting and spend some quality time with our families and focus on our current jobs COZ all is in the hands of that almighty. There is very famous line :- "Time feels longer when we keep on waiting "
Enjoy yaar!!
Cheers !! Live your present !!

Dear KB,
Your advice and comment are much appreciated and respected since the day i am been tracking on this forum.
Even i am a believer of living in the present day and have other better options here in India as well if i do not go to Canada. However, i just noticed the forum here on Family Class Sponsorship has applicants who have applied in April and May 2013 and have got DM's and passports in Dec/ Jan. If we consider processing timelines for them and us there is a difference of only 3 months, their processing times is 12 months and ours is 15 months.
The only point of contention here is applicants under that stream are getting their status changed from IP to DM in 1 week or 1 month max...and passports with Visa's back in 8 months whereas majority of PNP applicants are still with IM status after 12 months of submitting applications. And believe you me if NDVO does not submit our passports back with visa's within 15 months also (As per their processing timelines) we still wont be able to do anything! I have no harm in accepting this fact, but this is the hard truth!

They do not respond to email, phone calls, in-person inquiries, so what should a person do! Sit back and relax and wait till they do not give us the opportunity to go to Canada...sorry Sir, cant let anyone else decide our fate! Trust me if we do not go before June-July max , then going there shall be a waste of our hard earned money, sitting at home and spending our hard earned savings!
On the other hand, we believe that God shall send us to Canada at the right time (Whenever that happens) and whatever we get will be as per God's will and we have to accept it!!! At the end of the day we realize whatever happens, happens for the good.
But one should not stop trying and fighting for he/she wants in their life.
I understand that application processing depends upon the BF Dates and the Visa Officer as well and there might be many ifs and buts here...but we need to see some light at the end of the tunnel. But as of now it seems to be a dark tunnel!!!
My sincere apologies if i may have sounded rude.
Warm Regards,
Sid
