Dear Himanshu.

Just day before yesterday I booked ny appointment at ahmedabad for medical.
As they request me to carry my original Passport, 2copy of forms (which we got in email from delhi) and 3500 Rs per person fees and 6 passport size photograph (35×45)

After medical check up they send our certificate directly to NDVO and then we have to submit our original Passport with document request letter along with all documents they aksed to NDVO by post.

I got my mail today morning...going to take appointment on Monday....will send all documents with medical receipt with requested documents.....

Dear all - reached India safely in the morning today. My wife and kids went to do their Medical, but since we already did our Medicals 4 months back for the open work permit visas, the hospital authorities said... they cannot do same Medicals again within a year. They asked us to submit the last time's hospital ackn letter to NDVO. The hospital maintains our Medical record in their Database. They came to know that we did our Medicals for Canada just 4 months back.

Has anyone submitted earlier Medical result (non expired one) to NDVO ?? Any issues in that??

Pls let me know. I am confused whether to submit earlier result or insist hospital to take fresh ones again?

Dear Vineet,

Happy landing. I suggest you ask the Doctor personally, since they may be dealing with such kind of cases earlier also and you can act accordingly. To be more sure, also read thoroughly the Mail received from NDVO. Alternatively you can go to NDVO personally and get clarification or take advise of some immigration consultant locally.

Does COPR formalities are completed by immigration officials at the port of final landing or at the very 1st Airport you reach in Canada. e.g. Like u have a connecting flight from India to Toronto and U have to travel further to your Nominated Province, at what stage the COPR formalities will be completed.

Pls clarify. Need your Expert comments on this.
