Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

Guys do you have any idea that how much more time will NDVO take to send passports back in my case ?. . I had sent mine and my wife's passport in March and my daughters passport on Sep 7th .. Do they consider my file as an applicant with PPR in SEPTEMBER and put my file again in bottom ?
As per trend People who had deposited their PP in VFS got passports back with visa in 3-4 weeks . But mine has been deposited directly to NDVO . Dont know how much time will they take for this . Jaggu was the only applicant left with me but he too got his passports back with visa ..

M confused and frustrated now . even my ecas is still " IN PROGRESS " .. No DM yet ..
Suggestion will be welcomed ..

Deepak :- believe you are very close to finish time . Your passports can come back to you anytime from now.. Keep praying ..

Dont worry. I guess It is not of embassy number. It is for some credit card company may contacted you. I just did search in true caller and found "Credit Card Road" as title.

Hi Deepak,

I can very well understand your frustration, my friend. Its very easy to say be patient than to implement it.

believe the VO shall consider your file from the day they received the main application and would abide by their processing timelines from the day of receipt accordingly. Everything happens for a reason and later we realise it happened for the good.

Hi Deepak - have you tried send mail to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ??

They have clearly told that if any process exceeds the given duration, we have all the rights to question them. Pls send a mail immediately and ask them the status.

In my case, my wife's Open WP was delayed by more than 2 months (may be due to strike). We sent a mail telling that we need to travel to Canada since schools are starting in Sept and they immediately responded and released the passport with stamping.

I say, pls send a mail and tell them that your plans are going haywire because of delay. Lets see what they say. You can be polite and ask them.

I wish, all of us here on this Forum get their dreams fulfilled. Rabb mehr kare.....

how long can we postpone the submission of passports

is it till expiry of 1 year after medicals

Hi Kish,

As far as i understood and noticed,One can delay the PPR submission prior to 2 months of the medical expiry and in your case you need to submit passport nearby 17th May else you need to go for medicals again and need to drop them a letter with explanation.

Secondly your visa will be issued till the validity of medical(1 year).
