I think the same visa officer is sitting in our application..thats why we are not getting second aor whereas the ndvo folks sent me a reply that my file was awaiting review.

Gosmanu:- I believe you will get 2nd aor and MR this week.

Actually, I applied for GCMS through Lawpoint.ca (http://www.visafile.info/), they processed my request for 25$ and it took around 26 days to get my GCMS notes.

I got my Passport request today

Anyone have any idea, how to submit passport from outside India? ( just send through courier to Indian Embassy ????)
And how long it will take if you submit the passport from outside India?
