Pinay applicant here in Singapore, salamat at nakakita nako fellow applicant from SG.
We submitted our PNP application sa CIO last June 08 and received na nun June 15. I included a formal letter of request to process sa Manila as advised ng friend ko dito na for medical na. They wrote a letter to request na sa CEM and granted nmn. I stated na ang stay duration ko kasi is based on my work pass and based sa CIC site the processing period is beyond sa pass validity. Hoping na they will grant my request but i still put the mailing address here kasi mas realible padin ang postal services dito kesa satin.

I hope we can exchange wahtsapp number at least halos same lang tyo ng timeline. Thanks.

I will be sending my (PNP) application package to CIO this week. Nasa Singapore po ako ngayon as OFW. Ang delimma ko po is since i'm currently residing here in Sg baka dito din i-send ng CIO officer ung files ko instead of CEM. As you probably know, sobrang tagal po dito s Sg ng processing so eto yung questions ko;

- ok lang po ba na gumawa ako ng letter requesting na sa CEM i-send ang files ko? Ang worry ko is baka i-take nila against sa kin yun kasi sabihin nila pinapangunahan ko sila, as a result lalong madelay processing
- do you think na it's better na hintayin ko i-send sa SGVO ung files ko then send a request to SGVO to transfer it to CEM. I have seen applicants na na-transfer ang files to CEM from SG (w/o any request) but these people have already been waiting for 6 months na walang movement or progress.
- kung sa tingin nyo po e ok lng na mag-attach ako ng letter together with my application package, meron po ba kayong template nung letter?
- is there anyone here who had the same situation or currently in the same situation?

SG applicant here... Maybe we can exchnage whatsapp number rare to find pinoy sg applicants.

We submitted our PNP application and was received sa CIO last june 15. I included an request for CEM as visa office. I stated the reason that our stay is depends sa validity ng work pass natn and based sa processing period ng CIC aabutan ng expiration ng work pass ko dito kaya i am requesting na sa Manila na lng nila process. Crossing fingers that they will grant it.

Btw, my husband and i both submitted NBI at SG police clearance, otherwise need mo to have a letter of justification if di ka makakapasa nun police clearance since we have stayed here more than 6 mos.

When i applied for SG police clearance i amde a photocopy nun MPNP approval letter and ung document checklist as proof na need ng CIC ng police clearance. nakakuha nmn kmi mabilis nmn sila within a week.

Dito rin ako sa Singapore, pareho tayo ng dilemma pagkatapos ko i-submit ang documents ko noong January sa CIO.

Di na ako gumawa ng sulat, Philippine address ang nilagay kong return address. Nag submit na din ako ng NBI Clearance kasi sa dito sa Singapore, hihingian ka ng letter from CIC ng Singapore Police.

Meron na akong AOR ngayon kaya I am assuming na di na kailangan kumuha pa ng Police clearance dito. Tulad mo, I am hoping that my documents will be transferred to CEM.

Present both passports at the immigration desks - old one with your valid visa, and new one, which is the current and valid passport (valid travel document).

sir ragluf help naman po. may friend po ako na june 2014 applicant for PNP. nag request po ang CIC ng Proof of Funds sa kanya, i-submit daw ang Income tax return and Notice of Assessment, T4 and paystubs kasama ng bank statement.
first question po, ano po difference ng income tax return sa Notice of assessment? pwede kaya notice of assessment na lang ang i-submit kasama ng T4 and others.

2nd question, ano po kaya dahilan kung bakit nag request ang CIC ng proof of funds? eh diba po under PNP stream sya, which is arrange employment. thanks po

I have sent my documents to CIC last Jun 18, but sadly to say DHL was unable to provide me any details about the documents because they forwarded to it thru a 3rd party courier. They will just informed me and "WAIT" till the 3rd party courier advises them that the documents been delivered. DHL has no office at Nova Scotia so that's the reason why they used a 3rd party courier.

Should have used UPS or Fedex.
