Hi sir ragluf,

Ask ko lng kung mas ok ba if I bought my ticket online from Vancouver to Winnipeg on either Air Canada or Westjet? Same lng ba yan with Cebupac or PAL na papadalhan ka ng itinerary at yun na lng present mo sa counter? I'm planning to purchase my ticket online para di na dumaan ng agency.

Thanks

As long as me e-ticket number pwede na gamitin as ticket for presentation sa check-in counter. Yung sinasabi mong itinerary is pwede gamitin for check-in as long as kita ang e-ticket number. In other instances
- yung itinerary serves as e-ticket and e-receipt din,

I guess you are following this:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=052&t=3

The operative term is "report" - but di sinabi paano if you "submit". Kung kailangan mo i-inform ang VO because of a change in PP details AND kailangan mo ipadala ang scanned copies of the document as proof - then better submit them to the VO instead of doing a CSE.

Refer to this discussion: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/timeline-for-filipinos-submitted-pnppr-applctions-at-cio-t93206.0.html;msg3419014#msg3419014

Try to follow what GKarl did.

Thanks ragluf ;D

Hi invisible80,

I had the same case. IELTS is not required for NOC 0, A & B. If your occupation indicated in your LOA is NOC B then you do not have to worry about your IELTS.
That's what I did.

Thank you very much.

Hi All,

I received my AOR last Sep 2014 from CIO but until now wala paring movement ang application ko since then. Malapit nang mag one year ang mga police clearance (Jan 2015 at Mar 2015 from the date of issuance) which is included sa nisubmit ko sa CIO last Jul 2014.

Regards,

Note lang medyo matagal ang credit or charging nyan sa credit card, hindi agad agad, so kailangan i-maintain mo na me enough credit allowance left ang card otherwise, kapag nag-charge na ang fees, baka hindi tumuloy ang transcation kasi over the limit na.

Make sure me makukuha kang resibo for online payment, at isasama mo ito sa application mo.

Well one - congrats me AoR ka na - me mga iba na naghihintay pa rin hanggang ngayon ng AoR from applications sent last year. Win pa rin yan.

As to PCCs - wait for further instructions from the VO, ang typical na gagawin.

I-volunteer mo na i-padala to update your application. Pag na-receive ng VO yan - they have to update and add the new docs sa file mo. Which is - kailangan nila hugutin sa queue ang file mo para ma-ilagay ang new docs and then pwede na nila makita ano pa ang kailangan. Hopefully - ma-trigger ang paggalaw ng application mo.

tnx sir ragluf... another po worried lang , di naman po ba kasama ang pagkakaroon ng hypertension sa grounds for inadmissibility regarding health?

Generally:
An applicant may be refused on health grounds – if their condition:
#1 is likely to be a danger to public health or public safety, or
#2 might reasonably be expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services

Hypertension does not fall under #1 - tingnan mo dito:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/admiss/health.asp

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/admiss/excessive.asp

Unless ang management of hypertension requires specialized procedures na will exceed the cost threshold for excessive demand, small ang posibilidad papasok ang hypertension under this cause of medical inadmissibility. Well known na ang management ng hypertension at me low-cost alternatives.

Note lang - in many cases hypertension is indicative or caused by another condition - possibleng atherosclerosis etc. - in which maaring itong mga sakit na ito naman ang maging cause ng medical inadmissibility due to excessive demand. Ang makakapagsabi lang nito is the RMO na gagawa ng medical assessment based sa results ng IME/Medical Examination mo.

Does not matter if the mailing address is in the Philippines - the Primary applicant is legally admitted and is residing in the US (being naturalized, assumed that staying for more than a year), so the visa office processing your application will be the CPC-O (Ottawa).

See here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

All other applications : CPC-O

bro, thank you sa insights! by the way,ask ko lang ano mga hiningi sa inyo ng CEM after your wife gave birth and already done with the medical para at least mapaghandaan na namen as early as possible. Thanks

Hi! Me too, I had my pregnancy before receiving our Medical Request. I had my initial medical exam and personally deferred the X-ray, I don't want to take the risk kasi of having it done kahit na nasa last trimester na ko nun :) After more than a month of giving birth dun lang ako nakapag pa X-ray. Meaning, hangga't hindi pa ko nakakapanganak, hindi nag mo move yung application kasi naka hold pa nga yung medical, hindi pa ma forward sa CEM since it's incomplete.

I notified the embassy that I was pregnant then and deferred the X-ray. After you gave birth, notify the CIC & CEM and they will send you a Medical Request as well for your baby. Physical Exam lang naman. :) My baby had hers yesterday lang. :) CEM will email you and ask you to submit an additional family information form for you and your husband.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! :)

Thank you sis! Im done na with my partial medical exam yesterday. I just want to know para as early as possible mapag handaan na namen. Para d na kame, sana (cross fingers) mag re-medical next year. Can i send you private message? Thanks
