Hello, question po....What did you mean sa "Last June 3 pa kami in process, NAG SKIP NA SYA NG MEDICAL RECEIVED"? Kasi we completed the medical last 31st May tapos June 9 na submit na ng panel physician yung results. And if mag MEDICAL RECEIVED, babalik pa po ba yun sa IN PROCESS or DM na ang kasunod? Thank you. :)

Hi,

Means nung huling tiningnan ang file mo - pending medicals assessment due to the additional tests. Kaya inilagay sa IP, pero walang "medical results have been received" - enough admissibility checks na ang natapos to put the application in IP, then a new due date/BFD na naman ang ilalagay kung kelan titingnan ulit (if no new information has been received) ang file mo.

Yes - hopefully, medical na lang ang hinihintay - which similar sa ibang dumaan sa ganyan - seems to be the norm. Matatapos din yan.

So likely - deferred ang medical results. Although hindi mo na kailangan pa inform ang RMO, I'd recommend it so hindi ka dependent on the clinic informing the RMO of the deferral. Use the email address kung saan nanggagaling ang mga correspondence sa iyo and send it to the VO - no format, but just inform them that:
- the IME has been conducted on <date> at <clinic name> by <Physician name>
- IMEs have been done on <name>
- IMEs are incomplete for <name> due to pregnancy

See here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/partner/pp/pdf/handbook-extract.pdf
Since eMedical na ang clinic mo - well they (the clinic) will also inform CIC or your VO.

Pero I'll also send them an email para sure. By the way, dto nagpa medical sa SG si wifey, can she do the X-ray in the Phils? Parang wla sa handbook eh

Congrats sa lahat ng may good news! :)

thanks ragluf and cebugirl for enlightening us on our worries plus 1 to both of you!! God Bless!!

Hi,

Yung MEDICAL RECEIVED sa eCAS does not literally mean natanggap na ang medical results. :):):). Yung results ng IME/medical mo will be sent to an RMO (regional medical office) kung saan isang medical officer ang titingin at gagawa ng medical assessement. Maswerte tayo me RMO ang Manila.

The expectation kasi once you have started the medical examinations in one clinic - it is completed at the same clinic. However, with the deferral, you can try to have her medical examination moved to a clinic in the PH, pulling out yung IMM1017 nya from the SG clinic. Right now, the form is with SG at yung form ang lumalabas na parang "authorization" ng wife mo to undergo medicals - the form is numbered and coded. Try asking the clinic in SG on your plans to continue the xray in the PH and then see what their instructions are.

Good day po..

I remembered meron dito nagpost about sa cover letter or template pro ndi ko na makita. I was hoping na may copy pa kayo.

Maraming salamat!

DM today! Thank you Lord for this blessing! :D :P ;D

Anyway, I'll just ask the clinic if ok lng na sa pinas na mag pa X-Ray si wifey. Thanks uli....

Good - di nila kailangan kasi me electronic copy na sila based on the info on the form. Kahit di kailangan sa SG na yan, hold on to it at maaring hihingin ng ibang clinics kung magpapalipat ng ibang procedures.
