Hello po sa lahat! Patulong naman po. Paano po magnotify ang CEM kung magrequest na sila ng passports? thru email po ba or courier? Mag 1 year na po kasi ang application namin ngayon June 5. Narecieved ng CIC ang complete application package namin nung June 5, 2013. natapos ang medical namin September 2013, then may hiningi na additional doc nung Oct 2013, after nun, ala na po kami email na narecived.

Hi lencabz, backtrack a little on this forum. Around early april, ragluf provided the email addresses where you can email CEM. I think you have a valid concern to follow up with them.

Ngsend na po kami ng email, may auto reply ang embassy na after 28 days pa kami makakuha ng reply. we also send them thru fax. worried na talaga kami.. kasi nakikita ko sa mga timeline dito madali lang sa kanila.. huhuhu.. i will try to scan yong mga posts ni ragluf.. thanks sa info..

Being anxious is common, but note there is no fixed time for the AOR or the next correspondence from the VO handling your application. Tracking sheets within the threads in and around the forum will provide you with a range for estimating when possibly the next correspondence comes and 1 month in between notice from NS to the VO is in my opinion - is right within the waiting times of most.

If you think you need to make an inquiry, then you may try to send an email to CEM (assuming CEM is where the application will be processed), to SGVO, and to CIO-NS in order to track where the application is now. Back read a bit and the links to where you can inquire with CIO and CEM are posted.

Hello guys,

Ask lang po.. Ilang months po need to wait for medical request/ 2nd aor after makareceive ng mail from cio na finorward na nila yung file to the visa office..

Just done with Med at SLEC Global last 23 Apr 14, maganda kase one-stop shop, almost dun na lahat except X-ray kase dun pa sa kabilang building. arrived 7am done na mga 1230 nn...
they told us that it will take 3 - 4 weeks before they will send the results... its nice if you have already have MMR and bring a medical certificate, they asked about it... hope it helped... its nice to be early if you have kids, kase kunti pa lang tao pag maaga pa

Finished our med exams yesterday at ang daming tao! Probably because Monday so busy day tlaga.we got there before 7am and finished around 3pm.may additional test sa kin because of ear piercings and a tattoo.tapos referral for my son's optha.
Hoping for positive results! Better Life, would you know kung talagang 3-4 weeks bago nila submit sa CEM ung medical results?

Application - no expiry. However, docs, forms needed and requested by the VO has a "expiry" or a period where you need to send the replies. Otherwise, if you do not reply within a period, they can refuse/deny the application for non-compliance to the requests/deemed non-interest.

IME/Medical results - expiry 1 year
