I'm new in this forum and I would like to us the mode of payment you guys did when you pay the processing fee. for example you use credit card. did you just fill up the form and put the credit card number or did you pay it right away and send the receipt instead?? thanks for your reply in advance ;D

Wondering if anyone has experienced getting medical exams done at St Luke's Global? How soon do they send the results to CEM and do they require MMR vaccine for the adults?

Just done with Med at SLEC Global last 23 Apr 14, maganda kase one-stop shop, almost dun na lahat except X-ray kase dun pa sa kabilang building. arrived 7am done na mga 1230 nn...
they told us that it will take 3 - 4 weeks before they will send the results... its nice if you have already have MMR and bring a medical certificate, they asked about it... hope it helped... its nice to be early if you have kids, kase kunti pa lang tao pag maaga pa

Hi.. in my case i paid through Credit card... i filled up the form and send it together with other forms...

Yes, there's a few of us who has transferred from Singapore office to CEM. In my case, I just emailed the Singapore office to request transfer and then they asked me to provide my Philippines address. I also emailed CEM to notify them of my request but I did not receive a reply. But a month after I got my medical request from CEM.
