Ang ibig pong sabihing ng Courier Collect is (the Embassy of Canada) will be sending it back to you but you will be paying it in cash directly to the delivery guy (courier company). I think pareho po tayo ng email see below. hope this will help...

Your passport(s) with immigrant visa(s), Confirmation of Permanent Residence Form(s), and your original documents will be returned to you by COURIER COLLECT. At the time of delivery, payment must first be paid to the courier company before they will release the package. If you do not wish to pay for a costly international shipment, please provide a delivery address in the Philippines on your Appendix A.

Ay ganun ba, nasa Canada na pla cya....I understand d COURIER COLLECT, but our problem is there is no courier collect here in our place kc we'r outsyd the country as of now...I've inquired 3 courier already but they don't have that option here, kahit na prepaid pa. so I decided to address it to my Bro in Pinas para cya nalang ang magpadala ng passports back to us...tnx again Ritz....God Bless us all

Did the same - inquired around the courier and asked CEM to formally explain COURIER COLLECT. No answers. We did discuss that before:

So far mixed results with COURIER COLLECT. A couple of us had our PPs returned via DHL without any added payment. I recall some members in the MidEast (those who are working in the MidEast but had VO as CEM) got theirs returned as well without any other additional payment. Mine was sent back to Canada via DHL but no other payment/courier fees were charged.

Nevertheless, it would be the responsibility of CEM to send you back the PPs to you your designated return address. If the address is outside of the country, then via CEM's designated courier (usually DHL) - the courier should contact you before the delivery to inform you of charges.

If you have not resided in any other country (aside from the PH) for more than 6mos - then the police certificate you need will be NBI only.

Ask ko lang po sino po yung mga taga saudi arabia dito? pano po kayo nag request ng nbi clearance sa embassy natin?? gano po katagal bago matanggap po yung nbi clearance??

Pareho po tayo. PNPBC Pilot Project din po kami! last year po na invite asawa ko at nominated na po sha. inapply an po namin ang 2 offer: TRV at PR na po. TRV medical done april 2013, PR medical done may 2013. hindi namin inaasahan magkasunod lang ang tawag.
