Hi Dha! Tapos na ba kau mag-med? Otherwise, i suggest you need to contact/email your visa office/r to ask for the missing documents, make it a case specific enquiry. Hope this helped. Cheers! :)

Yes, single or not you have to pay it. Analyze it. " In order to continue processing application we require parment or RPRF for yourself and, IF APPLICABLE, your accompanyiing spouse or common law partner"

The same thing happened to us. What we did was reply directly to the medical request email and at the same time also sent the enquiry on the link as you did to get the medical forms. They replied to the email with the missing medical forms after 3 days. You can try replying to the email they sent you. Hope this helps.

Musta Bro.
Good to see u here! Musta bakasyon mo?

Nasa ADVO pa rin file ko...struggling and patiently waiting for their decision. Palagay ko, no need for you to do anything regarding your medical except to check sa E-Cas. Congrats sa development ng application mo. Godspeed!

can anyone help me please.

i was working from a cruise ship company before. so i live there lets say, 8-10 months a year. will i declare to my "schedule A, background checking" that i live there? or will just declare that i'm just living in my permanent address? we don't have a country in particular to stay in, it is just our ship is carrying an Italian flag. can someone please tell me what to do. i'm behind schedule on passing my CIC form.

the way i perceived your story is: you are saying that you were "on-board" for the period of 8 months or so. in that sense you can state it in the form the period of stay in the ship and its destination or location. as long as it will be supported by any documents whenever should they require you to submit as proof (if needed).. hope it hepls!

Thanks for the reply,
if they gonna need proof, is my expired passport which has my visas and entry/ exit from a country and COE from the ship will be enough? i don't want to complicate things also i don't want to have a problem with my CIC application that's why i want it to truthful as posisble..

hello i just want to ask if CIO will request for bank statement and financial history just like one of mpnp requirements?

Yes bun_ny_18 it's different po. The one you paid when you submitted your application to CIC is the application/processing fee. this one is for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (dati tawag dito Right of Landing Fee). Hope this helps. :)
