Hello smooth...tomorrow we will par RPRF...n CAD dollars its 490...in peso its 19900....since manila emassy lng iadress....we r planning to pay in peso...are we to pay the exact 19900 or we have to add extra pesso to meet the flyuctuation of dollars...How did u do it?was it in peso?thank u sm?ooth

1. RPRF fee will be not paid together with the CIC application?
2. only application/processing fee will be sent as a certified cheque to CIC?
3. RPRF will be paid local CIC office, (ex: MANILA) after they process your CIC application?

May ilan lang akong katanungan:
1. My Medical Exam was done here in KSA, but my VO is CEM. Now the question is: Would CEM be able to receive the medical results sent online using my IME# created by the doctor himself in the CIC site/system and no need for courier delivery? As per the doctor, he said that the online system is centralized and will go to London/Canada (im not sure) office hence no need to send hardcopy of the results to any VO.

2. MY dependents' medical exams have been facilitated in Manila although the attending physician mentioned the same (online system) they will also send the hardcopy of the results to the VO in Manila via courier. Is this means CEM still waiting for my results (hardcopy) sent via courier from Saudi Arabia clinic?

Now my concern here is this: Do all medical results appear in the CIO system and automatically update our data/infomation so as not to delay the application process regardless of the country where the medical exams were done?

Our medical exam done here in DUBAI and result was couriered by the clinic to the philippines (VO-CEM)we even put our signature to each and every forms they give us and gave us the AWB no. for reference. To my knowledge the doctors/clinic is aware of procedure but then you should inform them that your VO is in manila for them to know where to send those documents just like your dependents.

With regards to medical results appearing CIO system I think so but hard copy should be provided to counter check the result. This is just my opinion and experience. Hope this will help.

ganun din ang sabi ng clinic na pinagpamedicalan ko dito sa dubai. sila na daw mag send ng result direct sa canada kasi mayron naman IME No. centralized na daw..canada na daw ang bahala magpadala kung saan man VO ang application ko..so wait ko na lang kung may follow-up notice pa ang Embassy..thanks

saan clinic ka sa dubai nagpa medical? ako ay sa Health Bay Polyclinic sa may Al Washl Rd ... Sabi mo, pinadala ng clinic mo ang hard copy ng medical mo sa CEM? ... bakit kaya magkaiba ang procedure ng clinic natin? ... sinabi ko naman sa clinic bago ako imedical na manila ang VO ko..same lang din daw..humingi din sana ako ng copy ng medical ko pero ayaw, bawal daw..5days after ng medical ko tinawagan ako ng clinic at sabi ipapadala na daw nila ung result...hopefully everything will be fine...

1.Yes po....CiC application fee is different.in our case...nung we applied for CIC..wala png request for RPRF....Just when they sent request for medical kasama na RPRF.
2.Yes po..we submitted las May 2013 lng po..so far....CIC processing fee lngpo hininingi. At first we made it thru bank draft to be sent tyo CIC Novo scotia..pero ngkaprob sa mailing...so we decided to pay it thru credit card online thru my sister n Canada para cgurado..
3.Ur application will be forwarded to local Visa processing office once payment and papers r comp
ete...which s manila embassy f ur address is here.afte about 4 to 6 weeks..they will notify u with UCI munber..then a month after again they will email u requesting medical n RPRF...Yes locally RPRrF per instruction sa amin...we will later pay the fee pa lng......God bless

can anyone help me please.

i was working from a cruise ship company before. so i live there lets say, 8-10 months a year. will i declare to my "schedule A, background checking" that i live there? or will just declare that i'm just living in my permanent address? we don't have a country in particular to stay in, it is just our ship is carrying an Italian flag. can someone please tell me what to do. i'm behind schedule on passing my CIC form.

I think, the immigration knows or understands that if you are working on cruise your always on board and everyday your in different places. ako ang 11th month ko sa october...pero dahil me tickets ako sa kerygma conference...sasabayan kita maghintay hanggang december...ika 1 year mo na yun...lagpas na sa processing times...

joke lang...malapit na yan...

hahaha! wag naman sana... dasal ko ay umulan ng PPR ngayong linggong ito, kasabay ng walang tigil na pag ulan dala ng bagyong Maring at habagat.

We had our medical at Dubai London Clinic along Jumeirah Road near Burj Al Arab. Tama sila ang nagsend ng hard copy at nag-upload thru online pareho lang ng procedure the only thing is they did not give you the AWB no./Reference No. but it is your right to ask them the AWB no. and check it online if CEM received it already.

With regards to the result of your medical they will not give you but you can ask if it is ok but not that they will really answer you completely but the word ok will ease our worries, right? Hope everything is fine...
