hi akinito. I just replied to the email they sent. Ive sent email here : RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca and carbon copy here : manila-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. My subject is this : Subject : Completion of Required Documents for Application Number : ____________ Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee / Medical Examination

If you have not sent them an email yet about your medical exams, I suggest you send them an email just to be sure that they have your result, should there be problems about your meds not being with them, then they should inform you about this concern. I suggest you follow Ragluf's recommendation on the email format. best of luck!

Do you think not registering to canada immigration sponsored seminars like CIIP and COA will affect the processing of an application?

I believe it will not since attendance to these seminars is merely encouraged not imposed. :)

Thanks. i have this worry since i haven't attended any of these seminars yet.

Same here. We have already registered though. Our schedule for COA is on the 8th of July an on July 24-25 for CIIP. :)

hi araujoje, we applied as FSW year 2005, last year the federal government cancelled all applications from 2008 below and launched a program called "FSW backlog reduction pilot program". They've invited 1,200 FSW applicants (for British Columbia, not sure of the number for other province) to file another application this time as PNP. They asked us to pay (again) processing fee and committed that they would return the processing fee we paid last 2005. to answer your question briefly, yes 2 times kami nagbayad and they cancelled our previous application.
ah I see, thanks interested

I think attending the seminar has no bearing to the processing of one's application.

We haven't attended the seminar as well since we are working outside of the Philippines. We were thinking of joining the seminar once we receive the PPR and once we are already in the Philippines. Hopefully, it is not that hard to reserve a spot in the seminar.

May software engineers ba na Pinoy applicant dito? Which province did you select? Yong sa amin is Ontario, I hope there are lots of jobs related to our experience dito.

Nope, I attended CIIP May 15th and 16th, almost 1.5 months after I got my PRV....wag na worry Iam_Ayen :)
I hope naman na mag paulan na ng PPR ang CEM! :)

by the way, when r u planning to leave? best of luck
Naka 4 emails na yata ako sa CEM lagi nila sagot yung std reply na punta ako sa link and sent request for FWS Fee Return. Hintayin ko na lang yang email na tulad ng sa iyo...
