Ragluf thank you. Sorry to ask this, what is GCMS? So that I can ask my representative for this. One thing more, If you ask for this GCMS does it affect your application? I read some forum that if you keep on sending email or letter inquiry to CEM it will only slow the processing. Is that true? Just asking ragluf. Would you advice me to send email/post eventhough i have representative? I am eager to follow your instruction of sending email/post for my status, but i will also remind my representative to request GCMS. Is my strategy OK? Actually I already prepared letter which I get from your previous letter format you sent to other member here in this forum.

@ pekto - PNP applicant ka din under FSW Backlog/Pilot?

General - Sino-sino pa ba ang PNP applicants under FSW backlog/pilot dito na recently nag-join sa thread maliban sa nakikita ko sa nakalagay sa timeline nila sa kaliwa:
- pareyles
- BPinoy
- interested
- akinito (via reply)
- pekto?

Maliban kina pareyles at BPinoy, sino pa ang walang updates sa eCAS?

Looks like I am late to this topic. Anyway, our application is also under the FSW backlog/pilot. We are now entering the 7th week since our status changed to "IN PROCESS". However, until now, we still haven't received the PPR. The first cheque that we sent to CEM for the RPRF was misplaced, so we have to send them a new replacement cheque like three weeks ago. We found out through our bank that the cheque got encashed Thursday of last week. We are relieved that at least there has been movement in our application in this aspect.

In our application, there's 3 of us, including our 6-year old kid. In addition to the the NBI that we submitted, we also include in our application PCC from China. I wonder, if the country where PCC was issued is also a contributing factor to the delay in our application. Maybe security checks conducted in some countries takes a little longer as compared to other countries.

Anyway, we hope that PPR will be sent our way soon. Waiting sucks but the only consolation is that at least we are nearing the finish line.

Just to share my timelines guyz:

"We received your application for permanent residence on January 17, 2013.
We started processing your application on May 12, 2013.
Medical results have been received.
Passport Request: May 31,2013
Passport Sent: June 4,2013
Passport received with Visa: June 8,2013
June 9,2013: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Interested may i know the email address you use to email them regarding the medical exam that you are already done with the medical exam. I am worried kasi hindi pa napapalitan ang ecas ko.. at wala ding medical has been recieved sa ecas. Pls lang i need to email them regarding my medical exam. and to those who emailed the CEM ok lang ba na mag email sa kanila kahit nasa period pa din ng 11 months processing period? Salamat po.

hi akinito. I just replied to the email they sent. Ive sent email here : RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and carbon copy here : manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. My subject is this : Subject : Completion of Required Documents for Application Number : ____________ Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee / Medical Examination

If you have not sent them an email yet about your medical exams, I suggest you send them an email just to be sure that they have your result, should there be problems about your meds not being with them, then they should inform you about this concern. I suggest you follow Ragluf's recommendation on the email format. best of luck!

hi interested, curious lang, bakit nila ibabalik yung processing fee? two times ka ba nag bayad? or nag withdraw ka ba ng application?

hi araujoje, we applied as FSW year 2005, last year the federal government cancelled all applications from 2008 below and launched a program called "FSW backlog reduction pilot program". They've invited 1,200 FSW applicants (for British Columbia, not sure of the number for other province) to file another application this time as PNP. They asked us to pay (again) processing fee and committed that they would return the processing fee we paid last 2005. to answer your question briefly, yes 2 times kami nagbayad and they cancelled our previous application.

Hi Interested, kanino galing yung email? CIC or CEM? nag send na ako ng request for refund last April, wala pa reply.
Main concern ko bumalik is yung Original Land Title ko

I hope magdatingan na PPRs nyo

from CIC, the same email na pinag send-an natin ng request for refund - FSWFeeReturn@cic.gc.ca.
I can't remember kelan ako nag request but Im sure earlier than April, so baka padating pa lang yung sayo. I suggest you send them an email to request for the return of your land title, sobrang imporatante nyan, I think they would understand.
