Schedule A to be accomplished by Principal Applicant, spouse and all dependent children aged 18 and above.

Happy new year po sa lahat.

Question lang po. yun bang Appendix A that should be submitted together with the passports eh to be accomplished by the principal applicant only? or should we submit 1 form for each of the principal applicant and dependents?

thanks po.

PLAQUE,
Isang form for all of you na po yan depende kung madami kang dependant. :D

First - congratulations on the new child.

Now for the application - the timing with regards to your application may not be optimal. As you cannot undergo x-ray, when you go for your IME you should explain this to the ME performing the examination. This circumstance will then be relayed to CEM or may be related to the HMB (Health Medical Board) responsible for applications in this region and may become a reason for delay of processing. It does not mean your application is denied due to this or non-compliance with IME, it is just on "pause".

Now when the newborn comes, you will need to update your application to CEM to include the newborn - the child should have a birth certificate (authenticated) as well as a passport (as the passport details are needed in the forms). Updating an application - you may need to resubmit the application forms that require family information (IMM0008, IMM0008DEP etc.). Make sure you attach a cover letter explaining the change in your status due to the birth of a newborn and your intention of adding the newborn into your existing application. As always, in the subject line, put your Client ID/Application File Number, so CEM can link it to your existing application. Be prepared for the delays in processing while you wait for your newborn to be added in your existing application.

/Hope this helps...

Hello po... I am a newbie here...meron lang po akong question...un po kasing application namin ipo-forward na daw po sa visa office..we received an email from CIO last Oct 15, 2012. Medyo worried lang po ako sa application namin kasi I really dont know kung ano pong dapat gawin coz I am three months pregnant right now and Im so confused what would happen next on our application..dunno how am I going to advise the visa office that i can't go for a medical test right now particularly the x-ray thing...and when I deliver how are we going to add our child in our application?...Your thoughts and ideas are very well appreciated in advance... Thank you so much and May God bless us all this year and always...

Hi po ulit.

Question lng po to those who already have their visa. Kelangan bang mag open ng account sa DHL para maaccept yung arrangement ng CEM to bill the receiver when they send the passports back?

Thanks po ulit ng madami.

Hi Guys

question po. i am a provincial nominee (ALBERTA) and will be coming from DUBAI to Calgary (last destination).

Is there a restriction as to the point of entry for immigrants (whether skilled work or provincial nominee)? someone told me that due to immigration processing, my point of entry should either be only Vancouver or Toronto. But someone said that it doesn't matter. any point of entry will do. it's hard to decide since airfare from DXB is quite expensive to Canada.

appreciate your expertise on this matter.

Rak,

Patience lang...siguradong PPR at visa na ang kasunod nyan, medyo matagal lang ang queue ng CEM.
Just keep on praying, think positive and trust God!.

hi negrabandida,

Just sharing...Im moving from Dubai too(Manitoba Provincial nominee), my flight will be on March 23 via China Eastern Airline (DXB-PVG-YVR-YWG) last destination is Winnipeg (this is the cheapest fare).
I heard the same story and decided to be on the safer side, I chose Vancouver(YVR) as my point of entry.
Wala din kasi makapagsabi kung okay mag entry sa Montreal(via Qatar Airways). While most of lay over in Toronto is less than 4 hours kaya di ko sya pinili kasi baka maiwan ng flight going to winnipeg so I chose the above route kahit super haba ng travel time(okay lang kasi 2 naman kami ni hubby). I bought my tickets from DW travel agency.

Goodluck!

hello...thanks for sharing. will check china eastern airline too. never thought of that na pede papunta canada. i have a friend who is also flying by the way from here and last destination is winnipeg (her flight is on feb 12). she just bought her ticket via qatar kasi un ata cheapest, and yes, point of entry is montreal. we talked kanina kaya when i found out na she will be thru montreal, i decided to post the question. she also said wala naman daw problema sa point of entry.

thanks for your reply....safe journey to you and your hubby.
