Good day to everyone. i just like to ask favor to lessen my anxiety. AOR from CEM received Sept 3 thru email asking for addtl docs and pay rprf. then sept 24 med instruction received thru snail mail, but only for myself. kakarating lang ng family ko here in canada last May thru other category. nagmedical sila last march 6, 2012. possible ba talaga na d na sila magmedical ulit kahit for PR appln naman ang apply namin? i emailed cem ryt away for 2x verifying kung my family still need to undergo medical exam, but wala ako natanggap man lang na sagot from cem. then last week na mail ko na lahat ng addtl docs at rprf at sa tracking ko nareceived na nila. do i need to inform cem na namail ko na yung nirequest nilang addtl docs? pls help....mejo d na rin ako mapalagay kc nga wala man lang email man lang ang cem. salamat sa lahat. and congrats sa lahat ng may changes na sa appln, good news at may visa na.

Hi. If you are coming from the Phils., normally you book a flight from Manila to Vancouver. You go thru immigration and customs. After that you take a connecting flight (domestic) to Winnipeg.

Hi there. The medical exams of your family members are valid for 1 year that is why hindi na sila kailangan meg medicals ulit.

salamat sa mga sagot nyo nakakataba ng puso at nakakawala ng inip sa pag iintay. sa tingin ko naman at sb nga ni ragluf mejo malapit lapit na rin matouch ng vo ang appln ko kc nasa kanila na addtl docs at rprf ko. salamat talaga ng marami.

Good day guys. I recently received our LOA. And I'm planning to send our docs to CIO. I need your help because I'm a little bit confused. In the checklist on the last part in which it says provide 2 self-addressed mailing labels, (1 in english and 1 in the official language of your country), what does it mean? And last in the IMM 5669 form, do we have to provide our middle name on the third box? Or is it enough to only put our family name on the 1st box, Given name (s) on the 2nd box and leave third box blank? Salamat in advance and God bless.

Hi. Congrats on your LOA. You can print your name and complete address on a bond paper, approximately 4 in x 6 in, and put double sided tape at the back, or you can also use printable sticker labels if you want. Provide two of these.

Regarding the IMM 5669, put your middle name in the 3rd box.
