That was less than 3 months time after meds done...
Record breaker pa rin si Yellowbucks who got their PPR in just 36 days after meds done... Just saying, hehehe

BTW, did they require any other documents for submission after you've done your meds and prior PPR?

You can do either. Basta clear and legible.

Many times combination - kasi kung hindi kasya ang space kung computerized, after ma-print-out, handwritten na lang yung spaces na hindi na-fill-out sa computer.

After medical po me sinend sila na need ifill up na form personal history form at saka Natagalan po ksi sa papass ng PCC ksi yun asawa ko asa saudi pa so need papo nya mag release ng PCC sa saudi after medical pnamin pag balik pa nya ng Saudi ska nya inayos and alam nyo nman sa Saudi mhaba ang proseso bago mailabas so it takes a month before nrelease nmin and nsubmit..

But all in all po so sa lahat ng VO CEM po ata ang mabilis mgrelease ng PPR antay antay lang po tiyak malapit napo kyo mkareceive lhat ng tapos na ng medical at me medical receive na sa ecas..

Question po ulit, TIA sa mga sasagot po

1. In Additional Information Form, paano po pag di nagkasya yung details sa form? Mag attach lang po ba ng another sheet of bond paper with the details ng brothers/sister? Or print ulit aq ng the same form?

2. I am a former OFW from Singapore (10 yrs ago), do I need to declare pa po ba yun? like dun sa isang form na we need to list all the address where we have live? Kasi kung ilalagay ko lang sya dun sa personal details baka mag conflict bat di ko nilagay yung address ko dun sa Singapore.

3. Regarding sa mga forms, yung mga kids namin are ages 6-11 yrs old, so kaming 2 lang ng spouse ko ang need mag fill up ng mga forms, tama po ba?

Hi Genalin,

Yes sa VFS global namin sinubmit thru courier, P890 per passport and manager's check ung mode of payment.

Ok lang yan. Di naman major - hindi binalik ang application mo at me AoR ka na. And nakalagay naman din checklist and sa guide na pwede naman din i-submit ang application without PCCs - i-submit kapag hiningi na lang or ipadala mo sa VO processing the application at a later time.

Ang siste kasi - madami conflicting/overlapping instructions between the forms and in the guides/checklist. Kaya nun - ang sinunod ko na "rule of thumb" sa information is based on order of priority:
- instructions on forms
- instructions on checklist
- instructions on guide

Minsan me mga hinihingi sa forms na wala naman sa checklist or sa guide, similarly, meron nakalagay sa guide, wala din naman sa checklist. So to cover all bases, ang ginawa ko,
- comply to instructions on forms
- comply to instructions on checklist (additional)
- comply to instructions on guide (additional)

So ang application package ko nun was composed of initially (me table of contents pa ako, title/section pages, at nakalagay sa cover letter ang contents ng package - listed down ang lahat ng forms and documents pati na document date and document ID)

- following ang pagkakasunod-sunod ng checklist
- inside the forms, nakalista pa ang required supporting documents if required by the form
- and additional supporting documents na wala sa checklist, pero nakalista sa guide o hinihingi or recommended ng guide or nakalagay sa provincial nominee instructions na isama sa federal application package

Matapos lahat nyan - ibinalik pa rin ang application package ko....wrong form of payment. .

So even if you are extra careful....tao lang tayo --- nagkakamali...

OO nga bro, naswertihan lang ako at ung PCC yong issue ko na pwedeng to follow na lang.

Ano palang payment option ginamit nyo nong una? So it cost you some 1-2 months dahil sa wrong form of payment?

I agree, ilang times ko nireview yong checklist at order ng documents ko... hahaha... buti nalang nalaman ko now na hindi pa nirerequest sa kin yong PCCs namin. Kung nagkataon, ngarag ang mangyayari sa amin.

Please clarify... the first time that you submitted your PR application, didn't it already include the filled up personal history forms? If so, may I know what did they see missing / deficient from the initial personal history submitted?

... In our case, we completed it and submitted one for each of the family members ...

thanks po sir ragluf.. remember ako po ung may special child which means possible medical inadmissibility kaya I'm actually prepared if ever that will happen, pero I still hang on in God's ways, if its meant for us then it will be..In God's miraculous ways..

Yup po ininclude ko po sya sa application na isinubmit sa CiC but me gap na dun sa date ng after ng schooling ko and yun time na nag work ako, so pina clarify lng nila if anu yun ginagawa ko from time ng after nag school up to yun date before ako nag work, saka if san ako nag stay pinalagay yun adresses na tinarahan ko..
