Hi lijuaco_jojo,

You're welcome...

In addition, when you open the individual IMM 1017 forms on line, you will see them blank....
... You'll only see the information in the printouts...
You'll have to fill-up though, your spouse and dependents' email address and contact #s... I wrote only my contact # and email address for all of us, so as not to confuse CEM and also to simply have only one depository of CIC correspondence. I feel positive that this is the right thing to do.

... Good luck to all of us ...
Hi Sir go north,

Thanks for the information sir. Please keep us posted and kung anung mangyayari regarding dun sa pagamit nyo ng 1 email and 1 contact number for your dependents. I will do the same thing on our medical forms sir once I get my MR this April2016 (Hoping!!!). Good luck po sa inyo at sa ating lahat.

Di ko na experience, pero marami na akong nakitang refusal over the years at that stage.
So maaring me refusal base sa medical grounds, o me refusal base sa criminality o security grounds o sa iba pang assessments.

Hi lijauco_jojo,

Will do ... Thanks for the well wishes ...

My feeling is strong that you shall receive your MR within 40 days... CEM is almost always up to date with their processing (as what I read from the posts from other thread topics) ...

BTW, I had an officemate (she is now in Manitoba) who also used one email address and one contact # for all of his family members listed with her application (6 persons including her). Although she was an FSW and she did hire the service of an agent (I recall it was MERCAN).

... Good luck to all of us ...

Hello dear friends,

Did you submit PCC for your spouse & 18+ dependent(s) as well?

-----------------------

As per Document Checklist [IMM 5690] (01-2016) E, item no. 15:

Police Certificates and Clearances:

You must get a PC from each Country where you have lived for 6 or more months in a row since the age of 18.

-----------------------

In my understanding of the above, only the principal applicant (you) is required, unless CIC/VO requests for: PCC for spouse + children/dependents above 18.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences and observations.

I followed the guide - IMM P7000 - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

Police certificates

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide a valid police certificate for each country other than Canada, in which you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.

Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

Ang siste kasi - madami conflicting/overlapping instructions between the forms and in the guides/checklist. Kaya nun - ang sinunod ko na "rule of thumb" sa information is based on order of priority:
- instructions on forms
- instructions on checklist
- instructions on guide

So to cover all bases, ang ginawa ko,
- comply to instructions on forms
- comply to instructions on checklist (additional)
- comply to instructions on guide (additional)

So ang application package ko nun was composed of initially (me table of contents pa ako, title/section pages, at nakalagay sa cover letter ang contents ng package - listed down ang lahat ng forms and documents pati na document date and document ID)

- following ang pagkakasunod-sunod ng checklist
- inside the forms, nakalista pa ang required supporting documents if required by the form

So even if you are extra careful....tao lang tayo --- nagkakamali...

:)

Hi po totoo po kaya to?

"Another option is to go DFA ( Manila )- OUMWA ( Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs). They process police clearances from different countries of former OFW ..We actually got our police clearance from there..Just bring the passport with stamped visa."

Paano kaya?

God Bless!

Based on the timelines of the applicants and the present trend/updates, I can say that those who received their AORs in January 2016, the processing time from AOR - MR is now faster/shorter. Let's hope that this will also be the same from MR - PPR - VOH!

Good luck and GOD bless us all! ;)

If you don't mind me asking, what was wrong with your form of payment?
Ancient history na ito - at the time of my application, merong magkaibang official forms used for Fee Payment - one if you are paying with a financial institution in Canada (kailangan i-request mo pa ang form - hindi sya kasama sa mga downloadable forms), the other if you are enclosing payment/including payment with IMM5620E.

The mistake was just enclosing a demand draft with the application with no proper payment form accompanying it. At that time there were two ways:
- either you request the payment form (takes 2 weeks), then go to the bank, with the form, get a demand draft issued and use that for payment of the fees - the form has to be stamped by the bank along with the details of the draft
- or you first pay online (you need to create a CIC account first - use a credit card, get the receipt, fill out the payment form and enclose the receipt and the form with your application.

In these past years marami na nabago, mas madali na ang payment - kasi you can use the IMM5620E and just input credit card details.

1. In Additional Information Form, paano po pag di nagkasya yung details sa form? Mag attach lang po ba ng another sheet of bond paper with the details ng brothers/sister? Or print ulit aq ng the same form?

2. I am a former OFW from Singapore (10 yrs ago), do I need to declare pa po ba yun? like dun sa isang form na we need to list all the address where we have live?
