ah ganun ba... kasi I've already put the UCI number sa application. tingin mo po ba it would be okay if i'll just put a small stick note on my generic form informing them that the UCI number In the application is the one that was written on my returned forms due to expired LOA? hay! late dn kasi ko nkpgtanong kasi nagmamadali ako maipasa agad lapit na dn kasi maexpire ielts ko. what do you think po? All up to you. Hindi ko masasabi ano ang gagawin ng titingin ng forms ang docs mo sa inilagay mo na UCI - depende if error yan sa kanila or something na pwede naman isantabi - that remains to be seen. So far, lahat ng nagtanong or nag-resubmit (including me) hindi ginamit ang UCI sa returned application dahil hindi sure kung assigned permanently na ang UCI or notations lang yun sa returned application nung nag-check ng application forms. Since sigurista ako, I opted for the safe path - do not assume. Ayoko i-lagay sa kamay ng mga tao sa CIC ang decision sa mga bagay na pwede ko ma-control. So ang resubmission ko nung was totally, refreshed forms, dates and signatures. Yung iba -opted to leave the UCI blank, treating the resubmission as a "new submission", leaving the evaluator free to either - use the UCI that was in the returned application, or assign a new one.

Just to share lang po, we are done with our medical last April 10.
Ilang days po kaya bago i send ng clinic and medical results sa embassy?

Don`t count on or aasa na na lamang sa clinic to send the medical results sa CEM to comply with the instructions on having an IME. I suggest to inform muna CEM na tapos ka na sa medical. This way - wala sa iyo ang bola at nag comply ka sa instructions nila (CEM) to have a medical exam. As far as CEM and you is concerned, sarado na ang hinihingi nila sa iyo to follow the instructions of having an IME. Maaring hindi pa tapos ang medical assessment and medical admissibility checks, pero this is between CEM, RMO and the clinic, labas ka na sa process na iyon. Then follow-up paminsan-minsan sa clinic when they have sent the results out to CEM.

A few years back I posted ways para naman sundutin or ilagay ang action always either sa CEM or sa clinic. Ang siste kasi - we are assuming maayos ang proceso, but in reality - hindi nangyayari. So rather on being passive, be an active participant in the process.

Question lang po. Magpapasa na po kase ako ng application ko sa CIC for pr this week. I heard na months pa bago magkaroon ng AOR pero paano ko po ba marereceive yung AOR? thru mail? or thru email po? and isa pa po since may temporary work permit na po ako sa employer na tumulong po sa akin para ma nominate and currently nasa province na din po ako ng nag nominate sa akin pwede ko na po ba i apply yung wife and daughter ko like open work permit sa wife ko then sa daughter ko study or visitor since 3 years old palang sya? nasa accompanying dependants ko sila sa nomination certificate ko kaya lang work permit ko muna inuna ko para makalipat agad ako ng work dito sa canada kaya di ko po sila naisama agad.

Before ka mag-re-submit, make sure updated forms na ang gamit mo if meron na sa CIC website. Minsan between 1 month me mga updated IMM0008 forms na lumabas, tapos me nagrereport ibinabalik ng CIC ang application dahil use of outdated forms. So check muna baka me bagong updated version na.

AoR - via email. As long as naglagay ka ng email address sa IMM0008 mo, this means primary means of communication with you is via email. Exception lang is if there are official documents to be sent to you, such as CoPR, and PPs with the visas.

About the work permit questions, medyo OT as this should have been asked sa FW section ng forum, just the same - separate ang criteria ng WP sa PNP. One (WP) is temporary residence, while the other (PNP) is for permanent residence. So ang basehan ng eligibility ng wife and daughter mo for an SOWP/SP is yung WP mo, and not yung nomination mo.

Ask ko lang po.I received my AOR last April 10.
Tama po ba na both UCI #(8 digit numbers) and Application # (starts with EP)ang marereciv ko?
Yung iba kasing nakareciv today application number lang binigay sa kanila and starts with XEP.
