Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

hi po sa lahat,

I do have some queries po, below are further details:

1. last nov. 2014 i applied for a working visa - application sent to Abu dhabi visa office (advo). unfortunately no reply/feedback po.
2. I sent my PR application( under MPNP) to CIC - docs receivd on Jan 5/ 2015.( as per courier info)
3. receivd my temporary application no. which starts XEP. on April 15/2015.
4. UCI - waiting

my question po is - shud i inform advo regarding my aor(temporary file no.)?
and by the way i am no longer interested w/ work visa instead i prefer to wait the PR which s way better.

what do u think is the best way to do or mch wiser decision, just in case ill receiv a MR for my work visa application.

hi guys.. ask ko lang po.. nung nagmedicals ba kau nakarecve kau ng any proof galing sa doctor who did you medicals? documents and such? maliban dun sa results ng mga tests? rinerequre kc ng embassy na mgprovide ako ng proof but wala namn bingay sakn when i did my medical exam..? any ideas guys?

I guess nag-medical furtherance ka din right? Meron din nagtanong sa akin a few weeks back - hinihingan ng proof ng medicals. It seems wala na narining or walang updates na nakarating sa VO regarding the medical instructions na ipinadala nila sa iyo.

Madalas hindi boluntaryong nagbibigay ang clinic ng anumang results sa applicant ang tuwiran, maliban lamang kung talagang hinihingi (maaring pinakiusapan o pinilit kunin). Ang tanging patunay lamang na natapos ka sa medical ay ang resibo ng binayaran sa clinic. Sapat na ito - ang resibo, kasama ng impormasyon ng saan, kailan at sino ang doktor, nung isinagawa ang pagsusuri sa iyo, bilang patunay na natapos mo at nasunod ang tagubilin ng VO na sumailalim ka sa medical exam. Ang hinihingi sa iyo ay katunayan na nasunod mo ang instructions ng VO - at ang patunay na hihihingi ay hindi ang medical results.

So - sagutin mo ang hinihingi sa iyo ng VO, ipadala mo ang kopya ng resibo, at pangalan ng doktor (kung makukuha), pangalan/contact number ng clinic, kailan ginawa ang exam at sabihin na matapos nito wala ka ng nakuha pang ibang instructions mula sa clinic kung me follow-up pa na medical procedures.

Ang instructions na ibinigay sa iyo ay mula sa VO. Nguni't mapapansin na wala sa proceso ang acknowledgement mula sa applicant. Ang assumption natin - sapat na ang matapos ang applicant sa exam, at inaasa natin na ipadadala ng clinic ang results - at ito ang magpapahiwatig na "comply" na sa instructions ng IME ang applicant. Ang problema dito - sa inaasa natin na ipadadala agad ng clinic ang results. Ang pakiwari ko dito, wala pang natatanggap ang VO na anuman sa clinic. So as far as yung VO mo is concerned, matapos nila ipadala ang instructions sa iyo - wala na nangyari. Hindi nila alam kung sinunod mo ang instructions, at hindi din alam ng VO saan ka nag-medical. Inaasahan ng VO na me darating na results, pero wala pa hanggang ngayon. Kaya sila nagtatanong sa iyo, upan alamin kung nag-comply ka na, at upang alamin saan/kailan ginanap ang medical mo; inaasahan natin na ang VO ang magkukusa na alamin mula sa clinic, nasaan na ang medical results ng applicant.

I'd maintain na kahit hindi tuwiran sinasabi ng VO o wala sa process, mas makabubuting ipinapaalam sa VO ang mga natapos/na-comply na instructions. Makailan lamang, inulit ko ang nauna kong mga posts ukol dito:

Pwede naman pagsabayin ang WP at PR application - nakasaad naman under dual-intent na pwede pagsabayin ang isang temporary residence application at isang permanent residence application. Each application naman will be assessed on it own merit, unless itong WP application mo is not LMIA-based, at ang gamit is ang nomination letter mo at isang letter of support mula sa MPNP. In this case, linked ang WP and PR application mo.

Kung separate naman ang reason ng WP application at walang kinalaman ang PR application mo, then pwede pa rin pagsabayin ang 2 application at hintayin ang results. Kung sa pagdaan ng panahon maakikitang mas mabilis ang pagfinalize ng PR application mo, then maaring i-cancel na lang ng VO ang WP application dahil mawawalan na rin ito ng saysay kung makukuha naman ang PR ng mas mabilis.

Nguni't kung nakasaad naman sa WP application na mas higit ang pangangailangan ng employer na makarating ka agad at magsimulang makapag trabaho, maari ring patuluyin ang WP application kung ito ay makikitang makukuha ng mas mabilis sa PR application.

Ukol naman sa file number mo, ang temp file number mo ay wala naman kinalaman sa WP application mo. At yamang, itong temp application file number mo ay walang kasamang impormasyon kung saan ang processing office ng PR application mo - lalo lamang hindi maiintindihan ng ADVO para saan ang temporary file number mo, yamang wala ka pang kaseguruhan(at malamang) na nasa ADVO ang processing ng PR application mo. Ano ang nais mong mangyari o inaasahang mangyayari sa pagbibigay mo ng file number sa isang VO na wala pang kumpirmasyon na sila na ang hahawak ng papeles ng PR application mo?

Kung nais mo huwag na tuluyang ituloy ang WP application mo, maari mo naman i-withdraw ang application na ito sa ADVO. Kung hindi pa ito ginagalaw o wala pang nagagawang processing, posibleng makuha mo ang refund ng processing fees ng WP. Nguni't kung nagsimula na silang i-proceso ang WP application, hindi mo na makukuha ang refund.

Nasa discretion din ng isang processing office na gamitin ang pinakahuling medical results/assessment ng isang applicant mula sa isang temp application, para mapunan ang kinakailangan na medical assessment para naman sa PR application. Kaya maaring hindi ka kunan ng medical para sa PR, kung nauna na ang MR mo sa WP, bago pa ito, at napakadali lamang ng panahong nagdaaan mula sa IME ng WP at sa request ng MR sa PR naman (sa loob ng isa-dalawang buwan, na hindi lalagpas sa 1 taon). Mayroon nang record na naisagawa na ang isang IME sa application, at bago pa lamang ang pagkakagawa nito.

Mas maganda sana kung nakuha mo na ang UCI mo bago ka makipagusap sa ADVO. Dahil sa pamamagitan ng UCI, madaling makita ang lahat ng application sa ngalan ng applicant (mapa -WP or PR)....

Ask ko lang po after ng AOR ba may marereceive pa na email from VO na sila ang magpa process ng visa or medical na ang kasunod.
If halimbawa gaya ko na nasa Singapore tapos ang nilagay ko na VO to process my application is CEM,meron po ba ako marereciv na email from them na sila magprocess..

Iba-iba - hindi parepareho ang reports from all posters. In my case I received the 2nd AoR. Isang email from CEM, pero enclosed 2 letters
1. the so-called "2nd AoR" - mula sa CEM
- clearly stated sa subject line: Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) letter for Provincial Nominees
- sa panimula - stated - This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which was received at this office on <date>
- klaro sa panimula na nasa kanila na ang file ko - this is what you expect sana na matanggap to confirm saan na ang VO mo.
2. "Request for Additional Documents" - included sa instructions ang:
- payment ng RPRF
- request for updated PCCs
- complete personal history and verification of list of addresses

At that time, wala pang e-medical, so yung MR/IME forms ko were received via mail a few days after.

Nowadays ang napapansin ko based from the posts - wala na ang #1 (2nd AoR). Ang natatanggap is either separately or magkasama na ang:
- direct MR/IME request with IMM1017 (emedical)
- Request for additional documents and/or additional instructions

So in this case, ang indicator mo kung nasaang VO is to determine saang office nagmula ang letters. Hanapin sa pinagmulang email address and/or letterhead ng mga attached instruction letters - makikita saan na ang VO mo.

Graduate po ako ng Bs in nursing and currently working in saudi arabia us a nurse. nag take n po ako ng IELTS pero 5.5 over all result so. balak kopo sana ang intended occupation ko is nursing aid.
Then my mga few question din po cla sa intended occupation.

Proper documents I am going to prepare like birth certificate, passport, education diploma, and transcript, medical records, drivers license, and other official documents translate and documents in English. gather all educational diplomas and certificates and get letter of reference from past employers translated in English. Learn to get educational and professional qualification officially recognized in Canada.

4. If your occupation is regulated, in what related non regulated occupation could you find skilled employment In Manitoba based on your training and work experience?

Given a chance I will work as a nursing aid as my occupation. To have an opportunity to work in Manitoba. At the same time I want to study to pursue my education. To learn and be knowledgeable to take license practical nurse. Given the chance and I passed the exams. I will work at the same time to pursue my education to study in a nursing schools.to become registered nurse. Who can graduated from a nursing program and has passed a national licensing exam. To obtain nursing license to be employed in a wide variety of professional settings, often specializing in their field of practice.
