@ ragluf how long does it takes for the ppr after medical receive?

There is really no fixed timeframe.
You better take a look at the tracking sheets maintained by other threads and see what the range is based from reports of others, from getting that message in eCAS till getting PPR and then see the latest trend.

sana naman mga 2 to 3 weeks lang me PPR na kami tagal na namen gusto magkasama ng asawa ko sa canada

To sir ragluf,

My PR application was received by CIC last Marc 21 and still no AOR receive. What should I do? Do I need to send e-mail to CIC to follow-up? It's been 50 days now and no response from them.

Your idea is really needed.
Thanks,
dodyda

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/DEPARTMENT/atip/requests-personal.asp
It is free for those in Canada making the request.

Hi dodyda, let me chime in. Please click the link on my signature, there is a tracking sheet maintained in the forum MPMP Application 2013. This is for you to see the general timelines and analyze based on other peoples' application. Caveat though, there is no definite timeframe, we all needed to wait.

@ dodyda,

Aside from what cebugirl has mentioned, you may want to post your timelines or put them in your profile for reference.
As to your question, you can still try to contact CIO-Sydney,NS and inquire, you may not get any usable response now. See below for how to contact the CIO.
====
How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office
If you are a federal skilled worker, federal investor, Quebec-selected skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class or provincial nominee applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Centralized Intake Office.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:
  • you have not already applied under one of the above categories
  • you are not authorized to receive personal information
  • you applied within the last 8 – 10 weeks
  • your enquiry concerns any other topic.
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.
====
Make sure you have proof of delivery/tracking receipt included in your email when you query your application.

after PPR what is the next step?

You get your PPs back along with the PR visa and the COPR. Your eCAS should show Decision Made, but eCAS is frequently non-synchronized and non-timely to show what is the true state of your application.

If you follow the eCAS states - there is no "PPR" stage. The eCAS show only the following (in no order):
- Application Received
- Medical Results have been received
- In Process
- Decision Made
- Completed

Previous applicants who tracked their applications have "inserted" additional "stages" in the processing flow, such that these became accepted references in discussions between applicants and have been used and quoted since. Some of them are:
- AOR/AOR-CIO
- File Transfer
- Additional Docs Request
- Interview date
- PPR

You are mixing several streams. As you have posted in the PNP section, I am assuming the application of the Principal Applicant is a PNP application.
The proof-of-language requirement (CELPIP or IELTS) is applied at the initial stages of acquiring an LoA. At Federal-level applications, this is a requirement recently instituted and applies in most cases - to applicants falling under low-skilled class (economic classes). The language requirement is for the PA, not the dependent, and is used for the purposes of the application.

POEA clearance - this is for work permit applications under temporary residence and is a requirement for TFWs to Canada departing from the PH. This does not apply to immigrants (i.e. Permanent Residents/those with PR visas)

Additional requirements will be provided to you as part of the return package (that includes the PPs, CoPRs). There are instructions to undergo pre-departure orientation seminars (PDOS), etc. And this applies for those departing from the PH.

To start, applicants need to familiarize themselves with the steps as outlined officially in www.cic.gc.ca or more specifically for PNP - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp
See the links at the left
- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/next_steps.asp
- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/arrival.asp

Read on through to familiarize yourself with the steps. Also, country-specific guidelines are posted in the CEM website. www.manila.gc.ca - there are instructions there on what is needed pre-departure (i.e. PDOS etc. - http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/pre_departure-pre_depart.aspx) - go to the Visa and Immigration section, and look over the FAQs and the General Information section.

If you want to know what you need to prepare for aside from this - read through tabs179's blog - http://tabs179.wordpress.com
