There is really no fixed timeframe.
You better take a look at the tracking sheets maintained by other threads and see what the range is based from reports of others, from getting that message in eCAS till getting PPR and then see the latest trend.

My PR application was received by CIC last Marc 21 and still no AOR receive. What should I do? Do I need to send e-mail to CIC to follow-up? It's been 50 days now and no response from them.

Your idea is really needed.

Ask them to apply for GCMS/ATIP notes for the application so you can get more details:

You get your PPs back along with the PR visa and the COPR. Your eCAS should show Decision Made, but eCAS is frequently non-synchronized and non-timely to show what is the true state of your application.

If you follow the eCAS states - there is no "PPR" stage. The eCAS show only the following (in no order):
- Application Received
- Medical Results have been received
- In Process
- Decision Made
- Completed

Previous applicants who tracked their applications have "inserted" additional "stages" in the processing flow, such that these became accepted references in discussions between applicants and have been used and quoted since. Some of them are:
- AOR/AOR-CIO
- File Transfer
- Additional Docs Request
- Interview date
- PPR

You are mixing several streams. As you have posted in the PNP section, I am assuming the application of the Principal Applicant is a PNP application.
The proof-of-language requirement (CELPIP or IELTS) is applied at the initial stages of acquiring an LoA. At Federal-level applications, this is a requirement recently instituted and applies in most cases - to applicants falling under low-skilled class (economic classes). The language requirement is for the PA, not the dependent, and is used for the purposes of the application.

POEA clearance - this is for work permit applications under temporary residence and is a requirement for TFWs to Canada departing from the PH. This does not apply to immigrants (i.e. Permanent Residents/those with PR visas)

Additional requirements will be provided to you as part of the return package (that includes the PPs, CoPRs). There are instructions to undergo pre-departure orientation seminars (PDOS), etc. And this applies for those departing from the PH.

Finished our med exams yesterday at ang daming tao! Probably because Monday so busy day tlaga.we got there before 7am and finished around 3pm.may additional test sa kin because of ear piercings and a tattoo.tapos referral for my son's optha.
Hoping for positive results! Better Life, would you know kung talagang 3-4 weeks bago nila submit sa CEM ung medical results?

hi! congrats at done na medical nyo... been busy lately... they just told us na 3 to 4 weeks nila submit, two weeks passed wala pa me balita kung naforward... plan to call SLEC on the 3rd week cguro... i will update you...
