We do expect and also hope that CIC is prioritizing those on the backlog (especially that the decision on the FSW backlog class action suit be favorable to those waiting).

If you can still get your ATIP/GCMS notes, via proxy or representatives in Canada, these will help you identify where your application is within the whole process.

Thanks Ragluf, by the way what is the procedure of getting ATIP/GCMS notes? Maybe i can ask one of my relatives in BC for this purpose..GBU!

Hi,

Start from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/

Read through the links at the bottom. There are forms at the end of the page, but some of the links also in the links bring you to the forms you need to fill out.

OT: In trolling around this forum I have come across a quite intelligent thread about the pros and cons of coming into Canada.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/moving-to-canada-from-us-pros-and-cons-discussion-topic-t60429.0.html

Honestly, I have personally seen and experienced what is being described in the arguments of trainspotting and BrutallyHonest. Not to be negative, but my intention is to allow to show all the sides of what immigrants will come to find here and will initially feel. This is why the seminars and preparatory research prior to landing and settling is important. It is not all "green grass and wide open spaces here.." .

Please feel free to ignore or if you should read, make your own inferences. Again this is OT.

hey psychgradako,

congrats on your RPRF... tanong ko lang po, nag appear na ba sa eCAS mo na "medicals receive"? bago nag "in process"? kasi in my case, nag RPRF na ako same as nag "in process" ang eCAS ko, but di pa nag appear sa eCAS ko ang "medicals receive".
