Hello mga Kabayan,

Naaning ako sa IELTS!!! Anybody here who has NOT INCLUDED IELTS results at hindi ibinalik yung application??? Please pakisagot para kung sakaling talagang kailangan makapagpa-schedule na ako habang maaga.

As far as I know, IELTS is required na to submit sa mga mag-aapply starting june 2012. In my case di ako nagsubmit ielts when I submitted my online application on April 2012 & NOC 1411 ako so it is under NOC C. Di naman binalik application ko and di nila ako hiningan ng ielts.

Checked my ECas this morning and it shows 2 addresses na
Current address- Brampton , Ontario Canada
Mailing address - address ko ngayon in the Phils
But my sratus is still In Process
Hmmmm....ano kaya ibig sabihin neto....DM na next and malapit ko na makuha PP ko with PRV.
? sure hope so!

Hi BPinoy, we got our AOR from CIO, wala na kaming na receive na AOR from VO, what we got from VO is the request for Medical and RPRF. Don't worry, all is working according to His perfect plan.. in His right time. Godbless

I recall I posted on this way before but cannot find the original post. Anyway :

1. AOR-CIO - may have been mislabeled/or misidentified as an acknowledgement or as AOR-CIO. Actually this is only a notification with the following important statements:

Upon review of the information you have provided, your application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

If this came via email then the email address is from : FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office <FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca>

Header on the correspondence is:
FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER
CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE
P.O. BOX 1450
SYDNEY, NS B1P 6K5

Specified here will be your UCI and File number. Also included in this will be an acknowledgement receipt of payment of the application processing fees as well as the receipt number.

2. AOR-VO - this is the actual "acknowledgement" - the subject line is:
Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) letter for Provincial Nominees

And important lines here will include the following:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which was received at this office on <date>.
We have created a file with the application number indicated above. You must quote this application number in any future correspondence.

Included also here is your UCI and Application file number. If this came via email then if your VO is CEM the email address is from : RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca
Header on the correspondence (if from CEM) is:

Now there has been a change in the way AORs are being sent - if you track the other threads, there has been some changes with VOs. CPP-O (Ottawa) is also now been seen as processing applications - some of the inland applications are being reported as processed with CPP-O as VO.

Hi ragluf, many thanks for the info. In fact, what i received was the acknowledgment from AOR-cIO dated 28 Feb 2013. Shall i'd be expecting AOR fom the VO that would be processing my application before i receive an MR?

I have sent an enquiry to this email address: RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca regarding my application and below is their reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We received your email regarding file number EPXXXX on 17 March 2013. We note that the file was received on 17 January 2013.

If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority.

We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.

I have checked the Timeline for all the BCPNP FSW Backlog Applicant VO Manila their dates is closer to mine which they already have their MR, does VO Manila will send to me another AOR letter aside from the AOR CIO?!? I hope soon MR will come

We received your email regarding file number EPXXXX on 17 March 2013. We note that the file was received on 17 January 2013.

You may want to check your spam folder in your email, you may have been sent an AOR from CEM with the subject heading I mentioned in my earlier post and may have missed it. If the one sent by CIO does not have the official subject heading as an AOR, then it is just notification and receipt of payment.

The reply above from CEM does indicate that your file is at CEM and most likely CEM will be your VO. Note of caution - timelines is not a good indication of your application processing time, as it differs from applicant to applicant.

If you are in Canada, apply for ATIP/GCMS notes to see where your application is now. If not, if you have a relative you can designate as a representative, then do so and ask him/her to apply for ATIP/GCMS notes on your behalf.

Thanks again Ragluf, my inbox is open 24/7 just to monitor the incoming notice from VO Manila but it seems to no avail up to this point in time even in my spam folder, strange - Hope to receive soon with the MR in Gods perfect time. I was so anxious at this time, hope all is well with my application...I always checked the status thru the eCas and it shows "Application received on January 17,2013"- does it mean they did not yet process my application?
