Question re Immunization Record - Children under 16 years of Age ( form included sa package sent by CEM together with PPs with visa). Okay lang ba if Haemophilus Influenza B is not administered? I shld mark "N.A." na lng. The rest like DPT, MMR and Polio ay immunized nman. Thanks :D

Ur welcome :D. Yes they encashed it and they sent da OR to me when they returned r PPs wid visa. Just pay in exact 19,900. But in da website they said, if u pay in excess it will be returned back to u. How come it's invalid hayyyy :(

I paid my rprf (april) in exact peso amount which is 39,800 (me & my hubby). Did the CEM attached a letter as to what's da reason of returning ur cheque?

Congrats!!! The waiting is almost over... Exciting maghintay lalo kase 2-3 weeks na lng, ur passports are back. Btw, Kita tayo sa airport on oct8, 12:30pm...lol!
