Hey not yet, i hope they not gonna sk for it, i'll did once on oct 2019 and as we know the extended medical exemption ended in march 31 this year, really hope they not gonna ask for it.

they won't, only applications that progress post march 31st will require new medical

i did get medical request again on April 11.
I think they are taking everyone medical again

Got my prearrival letter on last thurseday 14 Apr but just checked my cic account and findout lol, anyone knows what is the next step and when can i expect for approving and the final step?

Me too. I applied for a work extension last year December. Now my work permit expired.

Pre arrival letter received on April 8th 2022, medical requested on April 9th 2022, medical passed on 15th April 2022.

In my case it took 2 months after medical is passed to receive PR approval and Portal invitation.

At this point there are so many uncertainties, for some everything goes fast and for others very slow. In my case my timeline expired at the end of December 2021, on October 15, 2021 my application was transferred from the Mississauga Case Processing Center to the Canada Immigration Center in
Windsor for further assessment, however on October 16, 2021 I received the letter of Invitation to Pre-arrival services and since that day I have not heard anything (7 months waiting).

You need to check your ecas to see if you have decision made first. After that it will be a matter of days,in some cases a month or two.
