Hello, as you all know, the PR process as per the new Policy( 38 Occupation list) has already started.
Following is the process that is followed:

1. Need to send filled forms to Nova Scotia (Canada).(File Number is sent within 30 days from Nova Scotia if your profession qualifies)
2. If your profession qualifies as per list of 38 professions, then we get intimation from Nova Scotia office to send all the supporting documents to local Canadian Visa Office.( We need to send all docs within 120 days)
3. After all docs are verified , medical report is requested.
4. Then Passport is asked for.

I have applied for PR as per the new profession and after recieving approval from Nova Scotia office, i have sent all the supporintg documents to New Delhi.

What i would like to know is has anyone got the call for Medicals as per the New policy?
Any one has any idea, how much time it may take as per the New Policy to get PR?

Any information in this regard would be a great help to me.

Thanks Moongs.

I submitted my full application thru my lawyer last April 2009 to CIC-MANILA. Up to now no instructions yet from them.
