Still no news for us today, so we're going to drop them a case specific enquiry, which you might also want to try. Let's just hope we'll get an answer.
I did send an enquiry however, and did get a response to say they had received the requested documents. And basically to piss off and don't contact them until ha! But I've had confirmation, and although My CIC still isn't up to date, I'll accept the acknowledgement!
