zwicker - As long as someone is at the BC address to receive any mail before your other half gets there then I'd suggest only changing it once for simplicity. Anything from a few days to 6-8 weeks.

We've also provided a dr's letter to let them know we're expecting a baby in Dec and they replied with instructions of how to add the baby once they're born.
