This is really interesting. Thanks for posting this Andrew. My wife's medicals expire tomorrow. I wan't sure if I should be getting in touch to find out what is happening, but I may hang on a bit longer. As I'm still within the average time posted for the last 20 processed I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we will see some movement before the end of the year. I was great seeing 10 decisions made for the London office in Sept. Lets hope that keeps up.

I know, if I do not count non-visa exempt applicants and not count the applicants who we do not have the processing office for (although these are most likely London) there are 14 applicants waiting before me, so I am hoping for another 10+ in October!

Just an update, we now have a second line under Permanent Residence stating:

2. We started processing x application on May 4, 2015

So earlier than we thought as it only changed to 'In Process' last week!

That Protocol/SOP of putting applications IN PROCESS soon after 'file transfer' started from June Applications onwards, You are March 2015 applicant so your application has 'Organically' gone IN PROCESS and you will hear from LVO in a short while for further steps. A look at Islamabad via London applicants would clear the smoke as many Feb March 2015 applicants are getting DMs these days.

Could someone add my details to the timeline spreadsheet please

Application received : 9th June 2015
In process on ECAS : website states that they have started processing the PA application on 7th August 2015
Sponsor approval : 12th August 2015 (received via email, sent to London office- Application status website has yet to reflect this, is this normal? who do i contact if its not?)

Also located - Coventry, England

Hi Clous87, I have added you to the spreadsheet.

When you check ECAS what does it say for the sponsorship application status? It should say Decision Made but as your permanent residence application status says In Process there is nothing to worry about, recently CIC has been bending the lines between sponsor approval and stage 2 processing.
