From my notes its looks like CN03147 is doing most of the requesting, reviewing, and updating.

Going by my Application Assignment section on my last set of notes, mine is currently with RC-6023

Hey guys, just a quick one for you. At what point do you receive your ECAS login info?

Right now I have no correspondence from CIC at all, I just sent my application off two months ago and Canada Post's tracking service confirmed the delivery on May 19th and thats it!

Please tell me this is normal and I'll receive my login info with the SA? Also, will me and the sponsor be notified by email or just one of us?

Your Sponsor will recieve a letter from CIC, once the sponsorship decision is made, the letter will contain your UCID and your sponsor can then track through E-CAS.

My sponsor has been approved and my application has been received in London, i guess now i just wait.... and wait... and wait.... Anyway good news is that with the Client ID and your sponsors Name / DOB and Country of Birth details you can check E-CaS yourself.... My sponsor too scared for bad news, so i check it frequently

As I obsessively scan our latest Notes, I noticed that under Security most of the information has been whited out except the applicants name, UCI and Type:Security. All the previous set of Notes had about 16 lines indicating on all the who, what, where and when (mostly that it wasn't started). Can anyone shed light on why they whited out almost everything this time?

And after 5 months of wait the status changed to
DECISION MADE today on JULY 14, 2015

I know people who applied after me started to get their PPRS and Visas while some of us from the previous months are still in queue. Just hang in there. It will happen. Dont freak out and stay calm. Its all worth it in the end.

My MP got in touch with her parliament immigration agents, they reported that her background checks were complete but eligibility was still in process. Find this extremely odd considering they returned her original documents a week ago but according to the agent they took a copy of the docs and sent the originals back. According to the MP however sometimes even the information these agents have is not completely upto date.

Is it normal for applications to have their eligibility assessment ongoing even after having the original documents of the applicant returned to them ?

Hi All, We have been waiting since May, 2014, just checked ecas today and... "Decision Made"! Just had to take a screenshot in case it was all a dream. Still seems unreal, the wait has been sooo long, and sadly still continues for too many others. Keep the faith, London VO is alive, and things seem to be picking up. Best of Luck to everyone, especially those who have been waiting even longer than us!
Could Andrew-Brit or one of the other editors please update the spreadsheet for us? Thanks!

Scotmoose, I have never seen an officer number on my paperwork. I have not done that note thing where you enquire re your case.

July 14th seems to have been busy! We have received decision made as well. Now just to get the papers in the post

Yes busy day of processing, I also got DM yesterday on the 14th July as well.
Now it's just the paperwork and then Canada

So far it's been about a year since we applied which is crazy but it will all be forgotten once we land.
