Sent mine on Tuesday and it was received yesterday. Now we wait.

Hi superkev, do you want to be added to the spreadsheet (link in my signature?)

If so please provide the following:

-Date application received in Mississauga: 2015-05-20
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!

The rest of the columns will be filled in when you get SA then DM.

Thanks,
Andrew

Haven't a clue .You know they have looked at your file because they asked you to summit new photo's. Your file was transferred in January so i think you have some time to wait yet .
My email from LVO was
(Your application is currently awaiting officer review, we will be in touch if any additional information is required) .

That is the first time London has ever responded to my email.

Hey taffy

Yah I know I have some time to wait as its only been a few months since the file transferred. I didn't want to bother LVO so I just politely emailed them and got that response. But what does that mean that the file is assigned to some visa officer and they haven't done there initial review or its still waiting to be assigned to some visa officer. By the way my response came back from NXR. Now I have no idea if NXR is initials of a visa officer or some generic department initial.

Received an email yesterday from CHC New Delhi for Medical re-assessment. The surprising thing is that they say that the first medical has expired. However, I guess it is still valid (done on 24-07-2015) and has still two more months. They have only asked for x-ray report, film and re-assessment form.

We have gotten an appointment for May 28, please update the timesheet

My response came back from REO (CN) so I'm guessing its just someone answering replies and not a visa officer.

would it be worth a case specific email to check before spending out more money? Just to confirm, as your medical doesn't expire till July? Especially if they say in the email it has expired?

After giving us two different SA dates on the phone, and also telling us it would be sent in a letter via snail mail, we have received SA this morning via email dated with today's date - so guess our SA time needs updating. Thanks again

Where did the interview take place? How much notice did they give you for an interview? Thank Goodness you came back just in time for it.

When did you receive the letter so I can update the spreadsheet accordingly?

Was the interview just for them to ask you for a police clearance certificate or did they discuss other parts of your application? Did they give an indication of what will happen next?

Thanks,
Andrew

So how long does it take approx. to get the email from decision made in ecas?

COPR arrived in the mail yesterday - we picked up from the post office today :)

It was sent registered from London to our address here in Canada - they sent it to me the sponsor though which I thought was odd!

Also the letter inside was assuming we were still outland, so doesn't totally apply.

We plan to flag pole but I want to make some calls tomorrow to see if we can see immigration in the Vancouver Airport...even though we are already in Canada....has anyone heard if this has been done? We know they can do it there...it's just that usually you are arriving on a flight from the USA.

Anyone who has flag poled in BC with advice?

Thanks! Will let you know how it goes!!!!
