Hello all

I am just putting together my package in response to my PPR. But I am confused as to where to send it. They have requested two photos, photocopies of my passport and an 'Updated Information Chart'. Then it says on Appendix C 'Submitting Your Package'

A) To submit your package to London via courier or mail directly

blah blah blah

B) Submitting photocopies of your passport(s) in Canada (CPC-O)

If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit photocopies of your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”). You are required to send the passport photocopies together along with a copy of this correspondence by mail or courier to the following address.

blah blah

Soooo.. B does apply to me. So do I send my photos and Updated Information Chart to London and my passport copies to Ottawa?? Or can I send the whole package to Ottawa?? I'm just a bit confused by their wording.

Whole thing to Ottawa assuming you will be in Canada for at least 3 months.

Thank you for responding so quickly! I swear they make their correspondence as difficult to interpret as possible!

Hello fellow members. I have a quick question.

What does it mean by "Please be advised that this application awaits initial review".

I had emailed LVO and got this reply back. Does this mean that the file has been assigned to a visa officer or its still waiting to be assigned to someone.

Thanks for you response in advance.

Hello Friends,

I am about to apply for my spouse via London ( Out land while living inside Canada). Application package will be send next week.
Before that I need to clarify some doubts.

1. Do I need to include Canadian Police clearance with the application form? I have secured all other PCCs from other countries my spouse had lived since the age of 18.

2. Should the photos printed on photo paper or regular A4 paper printouts will be fine??

3. I don't have Skype call history as most of the calls were made from Skype mobile. ( Whats app, Mobile calls & e-Mails are all in Hand )

I appreciate if someone could provide me some advise on these.

Thanks,
Vinem

1. No, CIC do their own security and background checks for Canada.

2. Any paper is fine. What I did was take digital copies of the pictures I wanted to a photographer like Blacks and they printed them (on the back I wrote who is in the picture, date, location etc).

3. You do not need to provide Skype call log, and it seems you have other communication proof so you are all set.

Haven't a clue .You know they have looked at your file because they asked you to summit new photo's. Your file was transferred in January so i think you have some time to wait yet .
My email from LVO was
(Your application is currently awaiting officer review, we will be in touch if any additional information is required) .

That is the first time London has ever responded to my email.
