Status update from my side, I got request for submitting military exemption proof on December 19th and sent it out on December 22nd. Just checked ECAS and the status changed today to Decision Made! Great start to 2015 (Happy new year to all by the way!)

My question, is how soon should I be expecting a postal mail? And also my passport is non-visa exempt and I am currently not in the UK for a long business trip, will I have to send my passport to the embassy in London?

You should receive some communication asking you to submit your passport scan/passport to London office, as I believe for non-visa exempt applicants they physically attach the COPR to the passport.

Spreadsheet updated.

Non visa-exempt passports will have an IM-1 visa counterfoil placed in them. The COPR will be supplied separately. It will not be placed into the passport until it has been signed and stamped during the actual "landing".

Thanks for the info!

Many thanks for the feedback, so I should basically expect being asked to send in the passport for the IM-1 visa to be stamped in accordingly. Sounds good, cheers,

Hi,

Is this the correct thread to follow for an application transferred to London for a Pakistani case? My sponsorship approval was received on December 24. Thanks!

No, here:

Sorry, just realized I worded that incorrectly. My application never went to Pakistan, this application was filed October 2014. Do I still go to the thread mentioned above? Thanks

Hi,
Decision made for me, although I dont know what the following means:
"A decision has been made on ESM application. The office will contact ESM concerning this decision"

Is this a standard message? I thought they would indicate that they sent me a letter instead of The office will contact ESM concerning this decision.
Maybe I am being paranoid? did any of you also received the same message?
Thanks

I'm assuming ESM are your intials? that is standard wording meaning they sent a letter in the mail (your copr) to the applicant. your notification of "what" the decision is will be your approval letter. there is no other communication provided by CIC.

Hi ESM,

Yes, in theory, the CSQ is automatically sent to the federal authorities. However, it happens (and it seems to be more often than it was) that they ask for a copy from us.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, did they ask you to send the form to your Immigration officer's "personalized" email address or to the generic London email/postal address?

Sorry for my late reply they asked me to send it to the generic London email address.

Thanks for your quick answer and yes ESM are my initials :-)

I have updated the spreadsheet with the date of this post as your DM, let me know if that is not the case.

Yes you are at the right place. Some members are not aware that now Pakistani Spousal cases are going directly to LVO. Islamabad VO only stamps visas once they are approved from LVO.

+1 to what GISGeek said, post your full timeline here and we will sort out getting you added! :)
