Congratulations on your SA! How bizarre that they keep sending applications everywhere except for London!

Is there any official reasoning?

Apparently London has to much on their plate right now so Mississauga is taking the over load . London applications are going through in 3 months from Mississauga . Mine was sent to London.

Thanks Taffy, good luck with everything

Added. Was the application lost/ misplaced from Nov? Basically, were the issues a result of a CIC error or missing documents? Would you mind giving me the date you sent it to Mississauga? Having the processing time as '0' makes it seem a bit funky (if not, that's fine too. ) :)

Thank you.

The problem was a CIC error, although we've never had this confirmed. We had documents sent back (a selection of pictures, 1 page of a lease agreement etc.) and CIC listed a random assortment of pages from completed packages as missing - it was a frustrating time in our lives, let's just say that! We ended up getting our MP involved and everything was magically sorted within about 3 days.

You can put the date sent to Mississauga as 25th November 2013 :)

I received an email this morning with two attached letters. The first one asks for the following but only the IMM1344 highlighted and second one specifically addressed to me with file No. requires the August version of IMM1344.
Extracts of first letter:
• Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344 08-2014 or later);
• Generic Application form for Canada (IMM0008 06-2014 or later); and
• Schedule A (IMM5669 12-2012 or later) – as opposed to IMM008 Schedule 1 (if applicable)

Extracts of second letter:
• You must provide a current and completed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344) bearing signatures.
They have asked to send the form to this address
Application Intake – FCP
CPC ─ Mississauga / CTD ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A / CP 6100, Station A /
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4H4

I guess on this address having P.O. Box number, courier cannot be send. But if I send through normal mail it will take lot of days from Pakistan (2 week, I suppose)

Question: Should I send on the above addressed as they have asked or courier it to 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300, Mississauga, ON, where I initially sent my package on August 6, 2014.

I would send it to the stated address in the email

Just send it by tracked mail and get a tracking number for it, that way you can follow it's progress and make sure your documents have got there by just checking online

You don't need to use a courier, I know you probably do it that way to get a signature but tracked mail works equally as good

I sent my whole application that way - although I did send it from England, I'm not familiar with the postal system in Pakistan

Checked Pakistan Postal Service website a little while ago, they have express mail delivery service along with mail tracking option. So, I will follow your advice and go for it, thanks anyway Chevy!

Just send it an express registered mail. Either that or check if your courier needs to have a specific addressee sign for the package. The mail arrives at that address and it is signed for and later picked up by a CIC agent. I guess they use a P.O. box to prevent people trying to hand deliver items.

Hmmm! good suggestion. I was thinking it the same same way, so first I will check with the courier otherwise go for mail service, thanks.

Update on my lovely little saga:

The London office has AT LAST got in touch with us with regards to the letter. They are now sending a replacement authorization letter (re: police check, Saudi) to the lawyers and we're having that sent to the HR for my husband's work. From there his work will assign a government rep to us to get it done, possibly while my husband is on the rig. I am slightly amused that that they have now cost us three weeks delay almost for sure causing us to run into the second Eid that falls after Ramadan. Which means unless we get it sorted before the end of Sept, we'll be requesting that extension. Nothing gets done during Eid in Saudi. What a major ball to drop, I definitely think they must be pretty swamped at the moment.

Today I have sent new IMM1344 along with the copy of letters to Application Intake CPC – Mississauga via courier. I asked the clerk on the reception desk to double check with his supervisor if PO Box address could be delivered via courier, which he confirmed, saying since the address has postal code it will be delivered. The receipt has tracking number plus they will confirm the receipt of package via text message as well. Now, have to wait till Wednesday!!!

Mine has gone to London too...waiting eagerly

Hi, can we please be added to the spreadsheet. Our details are:

Married
Application received = 19/03/14
Sponsor approved = 25/04/14
London VO
RPRF requested = 04/06/14 (paid 10/06/14)

Thanks

For some reason we decided not to pay our RPRF upfront...regretting that now!

I want to just pay it so they don't have to request. It looks like it's ok to pay online as usual, and then send the receipt to Mississauga? Am I correct that I don't need to send anything to London, even though my application is now there?

Thanks for your help!

Added! Hopefully your wait won't be too long now.
