Hi!

My husband and I just came across this forum...mind if we join you? :)

Here is our timeline so far :

Application made to London, UK.
29 October 2013 - Application received by CIC
14 November 2013 - We get an e-mail from CIC saying my husband meets the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor
Medical results received, according to CIC's E-cas tool, but no date

That's about it for now... We're hoping to hear from them soon!

My husband is a Canadian citizen, and I am an Indian citizen... I'm told it can be a little complicated since I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and have lived in the Middle East for most of my life (until 2009, when I moved to the UK, where I met my husband).

When do they normally update the CIC data set for points of service ( showing how many applications are processed in a time frame)

The spread sheet is only showing September 2013 as the most recent point. Are they not supposed to update every 3 months?

Hi Shaunx729,

Looks like they 'modified' the data set in Feb 2014 so looks like that was their latest quaterly update. Still doesn't expalin why the spreadsheet is only showing most recent data up to Sept 2013.

Welcome to the thread E-K!

I'm sure one of the editors will come along soon and add you to the spreadsheet below.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvI5l_hMO7UKdHc2LUJuZ2Itcld2Vk1WR25GeVZxYVE#gid=20

If you look at the spreadsheet you will get a rough idea of processing times. There really doesn't seem to be any order in how they process applications though, there are people who have applied in November and have had COPR but others who applied earlier and still waiting(including myslef!)

It may take a little longer as they will have to do checks for other countires you have lived in for more than 6 months.

Received CIC letter dated April 2nd, Stage 1 approved and application forwarded to London! ;D Still not updated on ECAS to reflect this...if that is helps anyone else who is waiting to relax. The letter may well come before the information is updated online.

Can this be updated on the spreadsheet please! I love seeing the changes on the spreadsheet...really helpful to see everyones timelines! Thanks!!
