What a relief for you guys! Thanks for sharing the positive news.

What was the sender name/e-mail address when you got that e-mail from London? Asking because I keep checking my email and junk box all the time looking for a passport request!!!!!!! ::)

I'm doing the same thing - paranoid it will end up in the junk mail. Also paranoid that they type the email address wrong (easy to do) and it goes to someone else.

Tick, tick, tick......

Yeah what a nightmare that would be. I am truly terrified they'll send it to the wrong address and my time to respond will run out, and we have to start from scratch!!! My husband thinks I worry too much. :S

Its easy to worry about everything - I went pretty insane for a while!! It will all work out, and then you'll be running around like a maniac sorting out the big move and before you know it you'll be over here laughing about how crazy you were!!

Good luck to you xxxx

Dear All,

I have exciting news. Just checked my e-mail and there in my Inbox my PPR from London. The final step.

I know some of you are still waiting but it will happen.

PinkLady please can you update the spreadsheet.

I just want to thank everyone so much for all the information I have been given on this sight. You are all a really supportive bunch.

Good Luck all.

Morning!!

Yippee - congratulations morning!!

I have a quick question - in your timeline you have a doctor's request - did you have to do extra medicals? The reason I ask is Hubby has to have extra medicals done and I wondered if anyone had any experience of it? In any case, it hasn't slowed your progress donw - FANTASTIC news!!!

@morning congrats! Can I ask when London received ur applicatiom??

Hey, Alltogethernow... its not a doctors request, its a documents request. Sometimes the VO ask for additional documents.

The extra medicals in your case could just be because they messed up one of the tests, lost the blood sample or ruined it, it could be anything really. I am suure you will have no trouble getting the additional tests done at a DMP in canada.
Good luck!

Morning - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Congratulations Morning! It's so nice to see something finally come from London and I am glad your wait is finally over!!! :)

*looks sadly at empty email inbox*

Congrats Morning!

Thank-you all for your kind words.

PinkLady, thanks for updating the spreadsheet.

Alltogethernow, where it states 'Doc's Request' if you look next to it that is where I just added 'In Process' as I could not find a space for it.
I would not worry too much about the medical request, maybe like PinkLady said they missed a sample or something. I'm sure the key is to get it done quickly so it can be added to your file. So not to delay.

Ahm2299, London never did put a date on my ecas as to when they received my file. It was approved in Miss on the 19th July and went In Process 8th August.

Thanks Alasken

I really am in shock, was not expecting it to be this quick.

The only thing I can think of is that my solo application was very straight forward. All the paper work was well written and complete. We spent months getting it together as you all know. And it was all in order......no suprises so to speak.

I know it's stressful but it will happen.

Funny thing is I can't get hold of my husband in Canada to let him know.......so will have to celebrate on me Tod!

Morning!

congrats dear

my time line is also same like waiting for ppr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have done our medicals 0n 23rd april 2011

Don't worry, we'll celebrate with you!! Where abouts are you going to be moving to?

Hello everyone! finally some news from London, they requested some docs on 15th of august by email but i never received that email, reason is, they sent it to a wrong address or may be just making it up! who knows, we are completely in their hands!!!

I have 18 days left to reply to them, good thing is documents requested are not hard to get, so i guess that is it!

funny thing is, there is a letter ''b'' in my email address same as in my user name here on this forum and I wrote it in small letters! they made it up like this ''HS13alouch'', lol, nice try but didnt convince me at all, question is, why on earth whould they do it to someone when they know its very very important!!!

Finally you got ppr congrats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I dont know when mine will come i have done my medicals 0n 23rd April 2011 :(

Regards
Harsha
