We sent the application off in October and it went into processing on Feb 1st. After going into processing, it only took them 3 days to reach a decision. However, it took them a week from the time they sent us the email stating that they had made a decision to sending a second email asking for my passport. I have no idea why it would take them a week to send one email.....or if the first email was even necessary!mmhughes said:

We are still a way off from this bit, but I was just wondering if the PPR was the final step before you were granted a visa? I've tried doing a search on here and googling...but I figured that I could get more accurate information and much quicker from some of you immigration gurus on here
