Im actually the third case in this last month who had this problem. So id say its not rare occurance.

The point isn't that it doesn't work well when they get it right, which will still be *most* of the time, the point is that as the system is at the moment it's extremely vulnerable to not working at all. If they happen to get your email address correct at that crucial first stage of typing it in manually after reading it off a paper form, then it will always work perfectly; if they don't, then you're shafted. The mistake is easy and trivial to make - the consequences, finding out about it and resolving it are not, and are entirely disproportionate to the banality of the error.doubleentendre said:I agree with alasken. I did send an email to them yesterday, and the email I got today was a reply to that one. There was no tracking number included, so I sent them an email back to ask for it, but haven't received a response yet.
