Im living in Dubai , i have submitted my application in AUG-15 . my file is transfer to LVO (LONDON VISA OFFICE ) .

why they have not transferred to AUB DUBAI OFFICE ? any idea ?

please share your experience who have applied in AUG-15 !! and there time line PLEASE

With a lot of prodding - I finally received a reply from LVO apologising for the delay, confirming that I have a positive decision and a COPR is being issued and will be sent out in the next few days.

For anyone else who pulled the short straw and got sent to Ottawa, my MP managed to make contact with CIC and was told "we are working to finalize the application, however we do have until September before the case needs to be finalized working with our current 17 month timeline quoted on our website of current processing times". Obviously I am simply thrilled about the thought of waiting until September...

Finally, Congrats buddy - Hopefully it'll be with you soon!! What sort of 'Prodding' did you do? Ive only been waiting 3 Weeks but not had anything apart from Decision Made on ECAS. I called the Canadian CIC number but they couldnt give me an answers

Today, I received GCMS notes and disappointed to see that my due date for Medicals, Security & Criminality checks is December 2016.

This is way far from now and don't know how much time they will take upto PPR?????

I was emailing ldnimmigration@internation.gc.ca while also making a case specific enquiry.

In the end I emailed the CIC Director of Operations pleading for some communication. An hour later I got a response from the LVO apologising.

Great news ! when will you land ? I was just saying last night that it has taken until now to relax and know its real and hubby doesn't have to catch that Feb flight back home.
