I found her name easily by searching on Google and then it's firstname.surname@international.gc.ca

Spreadsheet update: COPR finally arrived (19.1.16) It took almost 7 weeks and it only came after I had to email the LVO Operations Manager. If anyone is ever in the same situation as I was in (DM but no sign of COPR or information received) I strongly recommend emailing her.

I was emailing ldnimmigration@internation.gc.ca while also making a case specific enquiry. In the end I emailed the CIC Director of Operations pleading for some communication. An hour later I got a response from the LVO apologising. Congrats BeaverDiva

With a lot of prodding - I finally received a reply from LVO apologising for the delay, confirming that I have a positive decision and a COPR is being issued and will be sent out in the next few days.

If that is true, that it irritates them and they drag there heels when asking for information, then that is absolutely disgusting. We pay a lot of money for a service. All I need is communication to inform me of what is happening with my file since they made their decision.

I have got in touch with the MP too - no reply. I feel totally helpless. I have been sending email after email and unable to speak with anyone about it.

So if it has been lost in the mail, and they aren't responding to me, what on earth can I do? 6 weeks since DM with absolutely no communication - it's unreal!

Is there any way at all to connect with them apart from email?

Thanks guys, I have emailed him. It's just so shocking that even an urgent email to LVO does not get a response even though in the auto reply the promise to within 24 - 48 hours.

Wow is it ok to do that? I didn't think that would be their responsibility!
