LVO - Decision Made 6 weeks ago and nothing since...

My Family Class PR application got DM on 3rd December (6 weeks ago) and since then I have had no information or communication from LVO.

I have sent 3 emails with no reply.

Is this normal? I feel something must be wrong? What can I do?
