It's a proper official government document, not a letter that they can just pop in the post. I don't know the process, but it's likely it goes to a separate department for final processing which includes them attaching your photo and other personal info to the document before it gets sent out. It would be the same department that issues ALL COPR documents and likely other official gov't correspondence docs - of which there are TONS going out right now between Express Entry and IEC and Parental Sponsorship routes.andyb2404 said:

Yes I had a request at the beginning of last week for a copy of my info page of my passport, an updated info sheet and 2 pictures for my COPR letter. I mailed it the same day I had the request with express delivery so it was in Ottawa wednesday morning.acg said:

Mine is the same, I had contacted them earlier because my address was originally wrong on ECAS (it just randomly said "Vancouver, British Columbia" where I've never lived) as my home address, and was assured that they had my correct address on file (and quoted the country) - so I'm assuming it's fine.nishra said:

Sent a case specific email to London informing them that my medicals and police clearance forms were completed with maiden name before I had changed to married name. Just got email back saying they cant find upfront medicals or police clearance forms. I mean really. They are asking for copy of medicals and police clearance.
