Sparkle please do add me to the spreadsheet and how do i private msg?

Hope you all have a super weekend.

Sure. Will do so asap. You can private msg by clicking on the username and that takes you to the profile page if that person, where you can find the link that says "send this user a private message" or "send a message to this user"

Congrats Rinnerz, your good news has brought happiness to this thread again.

Can't imagine what this must feel like for you after waiting all this time.

Congradulations Rinnerz that is well deserved, and you can now begin your new life. Thank you for all your help, and best wishes.

Rinnerz- I've already congratulated you on the other forums ;) But again- SO happy for you!!!!!

My wife received an ECAS update this morning "your medical results have been received" what this means for timeline who knows haha we are from the left behind January group so probably 9 gazillion years. Good Luck everyone!!!!

Just received the official Ecas update that my application has been In Process since July 6 and that my son and my medical results have been received. So happy to finally see movement in Buffalo and hopefully it won't be long until PPR! Yay! ;D

congratulations

Rinnerz and Boomerang,

Many congratulations and blessings to you on this next step in your journey. May the trials and tribulations you have faced and are currently dealing with be short.

Best of luck in your moves.

Rinnerz, I just saw your updated and it made me teary! I am so happy for you! (And I can understand the not feeling like it is over until you've landed feeling too... In fact, I think I will finally feel like it is all actually over after I finish the last of those administrative things like drivers license switching and provincial health care kicking in. Then, I think I will feel more ready to fully relax into my life here.)

Boomerang, I am sorry...

Nelli from January group just received PPR email today..Finally some movement in the right direction!!!!

Finally have some kind of update! We received a letter from Buffalo that our interview was waived. They also want more money, $490. Anyway...it's noce to know they are looking at our application.

Good luck to everyone! I pray for us all.

congrats on your IA go ahead and pay the $490 for the RPRF

Congrats everyone who is moving ahead in their application....Feels so good to see people happy....This thread is really a HUGE support system for me...
Gives you hope and faith....Lets keep up with the positive energy...

Sparkle thanks for adding me to the list. ( i feel stupid for not scrolling down on the profile to find that private msg thing) Thanks Again!

Hey guys,
Congratulations to everyone who's gotten good news recently :)
I have a question for anyone who's perhaps been in this situation,
How long do you guys think it'll take for us to get PPR after sending Buffalo additional proof for common-law status. Medicals are about to expire in early August, and we've been In Process at Buffalo since Sept 27 2010,
The request for additional documents proving we're indeed common-law was made in the first week of June,
Thanks for any input :)

We were in a very similar situation: my file was just waiting for that one stupid certificate they lost, my medicals were expiring August 1, etc. Anywhere from 1 to 6 days from when they got the copy from us (not sure, because we don't know which copy they used), I got my PPR.

Now, it may be different for you, because they have to actually assess the proof you send them; for me, it was just one simple sheet of paper. And I suppose there could be a wait if they haven't finished your background/security checks yet, but after all this time you'd think they would have! Hopefully it'll be very straightforward and you'll hear something soon.
