Lol, to celebrate properly and finally upon arrival, I presume? ;)
Pretty much. That's 3-5x the "celebration" for every 1.75L purchased at LCBO. ;D Family has some waiting for me, dunno if they'll let me add it to the list though. ???

Eddy070, some would say maybe a few weeks or less but really there's no way to know until you get PPR.

ROFL. Why is it that you always have these double digit levels of e-cas updates? :P

I received a grand total of 26 "medical results received" tracker updates over a 5 or 6 day period. Oh technology! ::)

Seeing that medicals have been received in GCMS notes (seeing any aspect of processing completed in GCMS notes) is your good sign of progress. E-cas, once again = not reliable source of information.

Are "Medicals received" a good sign for progress? i'm beginning to get confuse

Like everything that has to do with waiting in this process, the answer, unfortunately, is "it varies."

Oh alright...but after "Medicals received" update for the first time, how long do one need to wait before PR/PRV decision is made.

I seriously just got ANOTHER medical received update... The tracker knows we're talking about it! :o

Every time the email notification thingy jingles on my phone, I get a little excited, thinking "this HAS to be it!"... Then I get massively disappointed :(

This emotional roller coaster is NOT good for my health, Buffalo! >:(

Coming soon...Enjoy the roller...lol

Right, but my point was just that you can trust GCMS notes to be a whooooole lot more accurate (and that includes timely) than e-cas updates, apparently. I suspect that Buffalo starts with the medical assessment and then moves on to the other ones so the fact that they were received three months ago isn't too too bad, although I do understand the whole file has been there since late Feb.

we send in the family class application on June 2nd and buffalo office got the application on July 27th… when I log in to my account it says application received and then when I click and go inside it said application received on July 27th and next line says medical result have been received.. what is this mean? Application received status haven’t changed to in progress, is that mean they haven’t start working on the file yet? this online status is very confusing.

I don't know you, but I want to hug you. Your post made me check my ecas (my tracker did not update me), and they've received my medicals!!!!!!! First movement on my file per ecas since July 5th! Here's to hoping for more movement soon!

Good luck to you! I can't answer your question, though :-X
