Have to admit, it's not there. We had to choose the next closest, being Detroitddobro2 said:Sure they are. Are you looking at the Choice of Interview Location page in the Country Specific Instructions form for the United States?

I don't think so. This is part of the reason why they give you a certain deadline for turning in your passport or passport page photocopies. Many times when the medicals expire, Buffalo will extend them and you will be none the wiser (a good thing, people at the Damascus VO, or what used to be it, for example, seem to be routinely re-doing medicals during their processing). They are supposed to give people ample time to be able to land, and as such they are supposed to either extend the medicals or ask you to redo them (not as frequent around here) because like you said, one's COPR typically gives a deadline of the 1-year anniversary of their medical appointment or the date their passport expires, whichever is soonest, to land.tim maguire said:I have a question about landing.
The landing date is typically 1 year from the date of the medicals, but the process can easily take more than a year. I had my medicals in September 2011 and if Buffalo takes its full 11 months, I will receive my visa in October 2012--13 months after my medicals.
Is it possible that my landing date could be as little as a week or two from my visa award date?
Certainly.tim maguire said:And if so, is it possible to fulfill the landing requirement without actually moving to Canada? (As in, given that I only have to live in Canada for 2 years in any 5 year period, could I go thorough the landing process while only visiting, before I've wound up my affairs at home?)

I wish you a quick ppr approval this go around and feel bad for you on the first one.computergeek said:Our spousal sponsored application was delivered by FedEx (all 4kg of it!) this morning at 10:35 am in Mississauga. Now the waiting begins. Fortunately, after the last round (31 months to rejection) I've learned to be somewhat patient.
VERY HAPPY FOR YOU!! CONGRATS!!!sandraqi said:OH YEAH~~~
PPR la !!!!!!
We received this great news this morning, in CIC website, it shows: We started processing your application on March 2, 2012. Medical results have been received. Then we received PPR on March 5, 2012.
My husband is from New Zealand, in CIC's letter, it said: if you hold a passport from a visa exempt country, this office will not require your passport to finalize this case. submit a clear photocopy of every page in their valid passport. Is that means CIC will send us CORP document by mail to us later?
