hmmmmmm y did u send away for another FBI certificate in june? i would copy and paste their email to them and ask them y they sent u a letter that makes no senseheatherusa said:We received a letter from Buffalo today stating that they did not initially see a need for an interview and that we had 90 days to send them the FBI certificate - interestingly, I emailed them last week asking if they had received the certificate and they had replied to my email that they had it. Who knows what is going on there. I emailed them back stating that they had told me they had it so we shall see what they have to say about this. We did send away for a second FBI certificate back in June but have not received that as of yet.
Why cant Buffalo keep track of stuff that is sent to them? *sigh*
We sent away for another one because other peoples have been lost and I wanted to make sure that I had another one to send them if they lost ours. I didnt want the 90 days to run out while we waited for the FBI to take 120+ days to process another clearance.SaugaBoss said:hmmmmmm y did u send away for another FBI certificate in june? i would copy and paste their email to them and ask them y they sent u a letter that makes no sense

Latest update:
A decision has been made on "__________________"'s application. The office will contact "__________________" concerning this decision.
When I check the tracker myself, under the Permanent Residence Application Status it says: "Decision Made" and the following:
We started processing "__________________"'s application on August 2, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on "__________________"'s application. The office will contact "__________________" concerning this decision.
What does this mean? It can't be a good sign... can it?
Any insight is appreciated.

I responded to their email that they sent that indicated that they had our certificate and asked how I could assist them in getting it put in our file.
Yeah, this was a just in case also because I was terrified that they would either loose it or it would expire and they would request another one.SaugaBoss said:im waiting for my second fbi certificate bc the first one i sent was older than 3 months so i got one just incase they have me do a new one! i hope they find it but u still have another one coming which is awesome just incase buffalo did indeed screw up!
No, we did not have an interview. Before this happened this afternoon, the only communication we had was the AOR dated Aug 2, 2010, that my husband received on Aug 6th, 2010.giggles1985 said:You didn't have an interview, right?
Well my guess is that you will get your passport request very soon then, because there is nothing unusual about your relationship. Makes me feel optimistic about things getting done fast. Good Luck!Lysiana said:No, we did not have an interview. Before this happened this afternoon, the only communication we had was the AOR dated Aug 2, 2010, that my husband received on Aug 6th, 2010.
@ heatherusa
We were married in February 2010. Canadian-American; neither of us is naturalized; we are in our mid-20's with no prior marriages.
There's nothing really peculiar about our relationship.
@ SaugaBoss
Thank you for the encouraging words. I really appreciate them right now.
This whole immigration process will drive me to drink....
